We were anticipating the worst when we arrived in Brisbane after reading all the stories in the media about those who had to undergo mandatory quarantine after returning from overseas. Crown Plaza was a paradise for surfers. For our 14 days, we stopped to admire the stunning balcony, fresh air, and stunning vistas. The downstairs crew prepares and delivers the most delectable, generous meals three times a day. Every time we called 9 to speak to the front desk, we were greeted by friendly staff members. You have an amazing staff look after your business. We appreciate the Crown staff, the rps, the old health, and the employees for making our stay so cozy. We appreciate you all very much, every time we called to check in with us, the fast delivery of care packages from our family, the free laundry returned within a few hours, the comfy beds, and the calls to check in with us. I appreciate you so much.

We want to arrange a trip for all the family members, our three children, their wives, husbands, and their children somewhere without overseas travel and a place that could hold up to 1 year old. We came to the Gold Coast and were delighted by the deals offered by Crown Plaza Gold Coast. While the beds were a touch hard to fix after housekeeping provided a mattress topper, we couldn't fault Crown Plaza. The staff was excellent, very helpful, and extremely patient with our four grandchildren. They couldn't go over how to assist us, from arranging high chairs and seating for a family of 12 to details about restaurants and theme parks. You should include breakfast with your accommodation. It was well-stocked and fresh, catering for all tastes. The room was bright, modern, and open, and serviced flawlessly each day. We asked housekeeping to lock the doors to the balcony as we have toddlers who love climbing! Although on-street parking was available on the side streets, we used the onsite parking for $ 18 per day. The hotel is across the street from the Florida Gardens tram stop, providing excellent access to Cahill Avenue and the Pacific Fair. Just what is required after a day at the theme parks, we can recommend happy hour cocktails between 5 and 6. 00 every night. The hotel did well as a quarantine facility. I have no doubts that they will do better, or better, as a holiday hotel. Services were timely and accurately provided, and these are irregular services that only quarantined people would request. Cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner, extra coffee, no soft drinks for meal plans. The room is amazing as the balcony has either a river view or a sea view. When we arrived, the room was spotless. It is reassuring particularly during a pandemic. Lastly, the front desk makes an effort to check in once every few days to see how we are doing. It must have been crowded crowded among requests from the police, add, gold coast public health, and guests. We appreciate that the hotel staff goes the extra mile to ensure our needs and wants are met.

I'm extremely happy I was assigned here after I had the good fortune of completing my required hotel quarantine at this hotel. Every hotel room has a balcony, with ours looking directly at the ocean, the surfers paradise, and the river, making us feel like we were pinching ourselves every day with the views. The abundance of fresh air and sunshine really made our stay enjoyable. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisting with all requests and deliveries. It was so much easier for us to have our family drop off food, clothes, items, anything! There is also a mini fridge in the rooms. I believe that all rooms have a king bed or two double beds, which are extremely comfortable. Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay so much enjoyable.
