The room is spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic, with all kitchen supplies and the mini coffee machine. Its great to have two cups a day. There is tv on the balcony where you can hang clothes, watch the scenery, or have afternoon tea and chat. Choose if the floor is high.

The tworoom apartment with ocean views we chose to spend our vacation in was more than we expected, it was beautiful and clean. The location is great, but what made our days here special was the friendly staff who were always happy to help with a nice smile. Special thanks to adela from the concierge who helped us since we arrived and when we left, my english isnt that good, so it wasnt hiccupable because ella speaks spanish and was able to explain everything we needed to know about surfers paradise. Thank you once again for i had savoring your holiday.

The view was fantastic! You were given a refreshing glass of iced tea as soon as you walked inside. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Everything you could possibly need was right there because the hotel was located in the heart of the city. However, the room fell short of expectations. Although the accommodation was spacious and comfortable, it was filthy. Additionally, one of them had an orange stain and one or two of its beds curvilined inward. Room service, however, was reasonably priced and very quick. While the rooms are quite familyfriendly, being that there were numerous rashes at this price was rather disappointing. But we arrived on christmas day and had previously been, and the quality was firstrate. Still if you intend to visit the gold coast, its still worthwhile to stay there. My previous visits have also demonstrated this is merely sporadic. Despite these issues, this hotel remains remarkably highend.

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton surfers paradise thanks to her. Even better than we had anticipated, the twobedroom skyscraper we picked was. It was both lovely and spotless, with an amazing ocean view. We could easily get to various locations on foot or by tram, which was incredibly convenient. The welcoming personnel, particularly mobina from the front desk, was what truly made our stay at this hotel exceptional. She always had fun and was approachable, and she had such grins on her face. From the moment we arrived until we left, she assisted us.

Lokasi sangat strategis, banyak minimarket, toko souvenir, dan restoran di sekitar. Tempat sarapan cukup besar, makanan sarapan cukup bervariasi. Tidak seperti hotel lain, wifi harus dibayar meskipun tamu menginap di sana.

The service provided by the staff was exceptional. I had a problem connecting my PlayStation 5 to the wifi. A member of staff came to my room and assisted me. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible. The front desk staff were also very helpful with checkin. It was pleasantly clean and the rooms were comfortable. Surfers has the best location around. When visiting surfers, i highly recommend staying at the Hilton. There is everything you need nearby. Very handy.

Excellent service! During my hotel checkin, mobina assisted me, and i must say that she was quite helpful. She patiently addressed all of my questions to ensure a smooth and efficient process. The room cleaning, which could be improved, is the only thing ill address. Overall, we had savored our visit!.

I will recommend this hotel. I adored it. Next to the beach. In the heart of all the lovely stores. The nightlife was enjoyable. There was just the right view in the room. On my next trip there, i would undoubtedly stay there.

What a lovely hotel, and when we arrived at the service desk, taylar welcomed us. It was incredibly satisfying to find someone so content at her end of her shift. Her customer service was firstrate, as we were led to our room, which was beautifully presented thank you jaz, we are very happy. Since we live in pod 2, you cant see the beach from the windows, but our view was stunning nonetheless. There are plenty of options for food everywhere, so there is no need to search for one. The beach is merely idly stroll away, while the tram stop is 100 meters from reception. Given the location, this place is highly affordable and worth the price.

I strongly recommend this place! My husband and i celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Hilton hotel in surfers paradise. We stayed there for 8 nights. The hotel was spotless and wellkept, and the personnel was very cordial. There were four swimming pools that were fantastic, along with lovely views from the rooms. For those who wanted to unwind, there was a separate pool area for families with young children and another peaceful pool space with taverns. Although it cost us $600 per night, it was well worth it.

We just celebrated our anniversary by spending the weekend here, and we were quite pleased. The service was what made the stay amazing, so efficient and friendly, they were always happy to fulfill any request. Although the room was excellent, the service is what truly made it exceptional. In the executive lounge, all the staff members were extremely attentive and consistently offered their cocktail of the day, as were the canapes. Despite being very busy, there was never a buffet breakfast, with food constantly being replenished and nothing appearing to ever run out. There were numerous options available, making the food delicious. Once again, we would like to express our gratitude to the entire service team at the Hilton surfers paradise for ensuring utmost satisfaction during our stay.

We had the best stay possible, thanks to the kind and accommodating staff, especially roxanne, who went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and i had a wonderful time. Our room was cleaned and left perfect for us every day, and the room we stayed in was very nice with saggy ocean views. We cant wait to return and stay again thank you for such recommened stay.
