Very easy booking in process, room comfortable with all amenities and close proximity to dining options. A few things need attention 1. Freezer over iced - needs thawing out 2. Exhaust fan in bathroom needs internal clean to reduce high pitched noise. 3. Chain in door needs to be replaced for security.

The room was clean, tidy and heated before we arrived. We'd found ourselves in an incredibly stressful situation but the gentleman at the desk and housekeeping were extremely understanding and kind enough to help us out, while also letting us checkout later since we were stuck.

Motel is located in the middle of Holbrrok just across the road to the local pub where you can walk across the road and enjoy a meal also just a short walk to the bakery in the morning for that early morning coffee fix We have stayed here before and find that it is comfortable and clean.

Great little motel. Been worn but provides everything you need with good space. Big TV, 2 pillows each MW, toaster and cultlery. Thanks. A teatowel would be good. Walking distance to oub, newsagent and bakery.
