Because this place is in a busy area and conveniently close to the train station and trams, the noise from these are not too intrusive. The only noise problem comes from guests who are not considerate of others and stomp up the narrow hallways and their aged floors. Shared facilities are quite affordable and a lot of options. The breakfast was the only confusion. Im sure I read that it was included in the room rate but I didnt pay for mine. It is only a few dollars. Although I did get muesli fruit with the delectable ham cheese croissant, the sign said it was muesli fruit. Thanks for a great weekend!.

Walaupun budget hotel ini, tetapi suasananya sangat santai dan nyaman serta tidak berisik. Lokasi hotel ini berada di kawasan south yarra dan merupakan hotel-budget yang bersih dengan pelayanan staf yang ramah. Lokasinya cukup strategis karena sangat dekat dengan stasiun metropolitan south Yarra dan juga dilalui trem.

When I look at the sign that it says muesli fruit and not muesli fruit that I received with the delectable ham cheese croissant, I realize that it was the fruit minus the fruit on the tastiest ham cheese croissant. I will be back soon. I can certainly appreciate hotel claremont for being able to stay in an area where most items are quite expensive and at very affordable rates. It is so spotless, wellkept, and welcoming staff, which makes it stand out even more. The only noise problem comes from guests who dont pay attention to others and shove down the narrow hallways and old floorboards. Shared amenities, which may not be suitable for everyone, but bring the cost down, and there are many of them available. Thanks for a fantastic weekend!.

This is a fantastic weekend. Seeing that many things in this area are expensive and have low price makes hotels claremont stand out. The fact that it is so spotless, wellkept, and the staff are friendly and helpful makes it even more distinctive. Although it is conveniently located near the railway station and trams, the noise from these isnt too overwhelming. The noise problem comes from nonbeachful guests who stomp down the narrow hallways and their worn out floorboards. Shared facilities that may not appeal to everyone but will reduce costs, and theres plenty of them available. Breakfast was the sole source of confusion. I am sure I read that it was included in the room rate, but I spent all the time for mine. It is only a few dollars. Although that wasnt what I received with the delectable ham and cheese croissant, the sign mentioned it was muesli fruit.

The hotel claremont deserves praise because it is conveniently located near the train stop and trams and is so clean and wellkept. The staff is helpful and polite. The only noisy part is the noisy guests who don't care about others and stomp on the narrow hallways and their aged floorboards. There are shared facilities that may not be appropriate for everyone, but keep the cost down and there are many options. The breakfast was the only source of confusion.
