Property was fantastic and the staff were helpful. Just be aware it says pet friendly but pets aren’t allowed in room. Might need to be updated.

Room was clean and comfortable but did not have air con or ceiling fans which we would have used as temps were low 30s . Good kitchenette and spacious room. Enjoyed our meal in the restaurant and the flavoured icecreams available on site.

Spacious rooms, very accommodating staff and easy drive to Razorback trailhead to Mt Feathertop. Great food at the restaurant downstairs too.

We had such a wonderful stay and David who manages the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The restaurant food/wine was excellent and good value and Lauren our waitress excellent. Thank you David to you and your team for a relaxing holiday. We'll be back! Cheers Sue and George

We were greeted in reception at High Plains like long lost friends.....by the owners dog who was very happy to see us :-) The room was clean and airy and very comfortable for our stay. We ate at the hotels restaurant after pre-dinner drinks in the adjoining bar and were very pleased at the variety on the menu. Our host, David, although busy at dinner time, took time with every patron in ensuring their stay was memorable.

Food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. The staff were extremely accomodating and were such lovely people that went the extra mile to make our stay as easy and friendly. Would certainly go back next time.
