I had no idea where the hotel was when i made my reservation, but i was very happy with the location. Despite being outside of the tourist area of town, it is incredibly convenient to everything. The entire team was outstanding. The facility was excellent. We had a great time staying here. Bravo to the management team, they were extremely competent and knowledgeable.

Ini adalah kunjungan pertama saya ke Melbourne. Saya memilih hotel ini karena lokasinya yang bagus dan rasa aman menjadi hotel afiliasi (IHG). Pertama-tama, dari segi akses, sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Southern Cross, pemberhentian terakhir Sky Bus dari bandara. Dekat juga dengan halte trem, jadi nyaman kemana-mana. Fasilitas baru dibuka tahun 2023, jadi semuanya baru dan tidak ada yang perlu dikeluhkan. Kamar mandi dan fasilitas lainnya nyaman. Saklar lampu di kamar juga sederhana dan mudah digunakan. Hanya AC yang tidak mencapai suhu yang saya inginkan, tapi ini mungkin masalah pribadi. Tentang layanan pelanggan. Karena ini adalah hotel baru, saya khawatir resepsionis asing bagi saya, tetapi karena ini adalah jaringan IHG, saya diperlakukan dengan baik. I stayed there with my mother on a trip and the hotel was in great condition, probably because it was recently renovated! The people at the reception were very friendly and the location was good as it was close to the tram stop and train station.

This has been the best hotel ive stayed at in australia so far, and ive traveled extensively recently. What made our oneday stay special was the exceptional service and hospitality of the staff. I want to thank the hotel manager and reception staff for their excellent assistance. I was also impressed by the concept of art throughout the hotel and the meticulous attention to detail in the room interior design. It truly enhanced the overall experience. I already look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future. The location is also great, adding to its appeal.

Excellent service from the employees. When i stayed, it was christmas, and they even gave me two glasses of sparkling wine. The newly opened hotel has brandnew amenities, but there are no slippers.

Very good. Very convenient for new years eve. The location is great and the service is also very good. It should be recently renovated in a modern yet retro style and very clean. Breakfast is a bit confusing and guests orders are often missed.

I had a great stay for a quick weekend getaway. The service was excellent at every interaction. Friendly, professional, and genuine. Great rooms, great pillows. Beautiful artwork and decor. Great location. I love the photo booth. Fun! Would definitely stay again next time i visit australia.

This brandnew hotel boasts a prime central location, conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, and offers a wide variety of dining options. The comfortable beds are perfect for our family consisting of two adults and two children. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, extending a special thank you to Elvis for his exceptional hospitality.

A fantastic renovation and decor after the hotel becoming a holiday inn! The style, vibe, and room decor are all fantastic! Love it! The room service menu needs more options, as there arent many options available from the downstairs menu. I ended up using uber to get food, which isnt as convenient as room service, but for a fullservice hotel, the menu needs some work. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is great! The furniture is excellent and useful, although there isnt really a work desk, but my room had a small table and chair. I do find that indigo hotels dont really cater to business guests to do work in their rooms so much, maybe thats just the style and vibe they want? Usb ports in the room and international power points, so its always good! The downstairs restaurant is great for breakfast, friendly staff, good coffee, lots of options, and eggs cooked fresh on request. The dinner is a bit overpriced and trying to be fancy, but i once had their great wagyu dish, but it was expensive and small portions. There are many places to eat and drink within walking distance, and with the tram around the corner, you can get anywhere in 5-10 minutes in the cbd. The gym was closed when i visited, but hopefully this is open next time i visit. They do have a fun selfie booth where you can take a picture with your friends and send it to your email or print it out as a polaroid! Great idea, and we did this with a bunch of friends and made some memories. Great renovation, inroom menu needs work, but if the price is around $200$300, it is a great place.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the airport bus terminus. It appears to be relatively new. The staff are mostly friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are pleasant, and the breakfast is excellent. The gym isnt yet operational, however, you can visit a nearby virgin active. Once again, i am delighted.

Absolutely stunning hotel, the room was stunning, modern, funky, and artistic! Ved at reception was amazing, going above and beyond to make checkin and birthday cocktail, card, and chocolates at the bar very special! Fantastic location, 20 minutes walk to the city center, safe and very clean. Beautiful products in the shower, comfortable bed, everything you need, and very quiet. I will definitely stay here again!.

When in australia, do yourself a favor and stay here. It solves all of your problems. So close to cbd, southern cross station, and everything else. Immaculately tidy. Fantastic personnel. Fantastic cafe and breakfast.

We were greeted warmly and efficiently by andy and shawna, who immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed after a long day on the road. The room was wellappointed, and the bed was comfortable. The excellent service continued at breakfast, which had a wide variety to choose from.

We couldnt recommend indigo more. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and the fit out were next level and cool. So if youre heading to Melbourne and need to stay somewhere central indigo is the go. You can get off at central station with a short walk to the hotel. Joe, the general manager and the team made our stay a wonderful weekend away with the family.

The location is very convenient to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is great. The rooms are always spotless. The art and decor are stunning and the scent of the hotel is divine! We stayed a few nights and the room was always spotless.
