Beautiful hotel. Front desk was so helpful during checkin and with questions. Close to train. Just a few blocks to all the shops and restaurants. Although some great restaurants were nearby. Our room was great. Modern. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfy. Linens and towels were also great quality. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Our second visit and we loved it. A great location for football at Marvel Stadium, Spencer Outlet shopping, Crown Casino and Southbank. The room was stylish and clean - Love the special touches. We also loved the happy hour in Bistrot Bisou and onsite parking.

The rooms were very clean and the toilets However the coffee cups weren’t washed as they had sticky coffee stains on the bottom otherwise I will be staying here again. Hotel is also located in a very good place close to most shops and the trams. Thank you to staff for great service..

We picked this hotel as it was central to our planned weekend itinerary. 5-minute walk to trains (Southern Cross) and two minute walk to trams going in all directions. There are local supermarkets close by for things you may have forgotten. Our room was spacious, and the premise on clean and green was very evident, down to the torch & scales. They have 24/7 reception, who are very friendly and helpful. There is an attached restaurant, where we grabbed a coffee that was good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Very trendy, upmarket hotel perfectly positioned. Loved the room decor. Bar, dining facilities are adequate but very cold and impersonal. Breakfast buffet was aweful. Undercooked bacon, poor quality chicken sausages. Underripe fruit. Weak, perfumed English Breakfast tea. Stay at this hotel for its location but not the dining.

Hotel Indigo is affordable, centrally located and the rooms have everything you need for a short or long term stay. The aesthetic is funky but practical and the blackout blinds made my sleep 10 times better. I've stayed here more than once and I'll definitely stay in the future as well.

The moment we walked in the staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy and the place was very nice, especially for the price we paid. From check in, to getting ice, water bottle fill up in the Gym and the staff in general; the stay was perfect. When we read other reviews, they mentioned the beds and the pillow. They were right. The pillows and beds are awesome. The room wasn't big, but it was big enough to have a table, a couple of chairs and 2 double beds. We weren't tripping over ourselves either. The bathroom was small but used its footprint really well. The shower was great, plenty of room and great shower head. The location, a block from the Collins Street exit of Southern Cross station is perfect for getting off the train and wheeling your case to the hotel. Check in was easy; as was check out. We didn't have breakfast included (our choice) because we knew that there were so many options outside the hotel. Crown and Southern Cross shops are near by, with South Wharf only a 15 min walk at the most. Woolworths Supermarket was at Southern Cross station with 7-11 on one corner and the other had another convenience store. There are food options on Flinders, Spencer and Collins Streets, from kebabs to fast food. There is a Photo Booth just behind reception. You can print your photos or send them to an email or mobile number. Thank you to the child and their parent that told us about this little delight.
