My fiance, best friend, and i have been here for a few weeks, but it has been wonderful! We adore it here the pool and spa are excellent. We love the view from our room. I heartily suggest staying here. The front desk staff is extremely courteous and helpful, making it an ideal choice for families and couples alike.

This place is suitable for families and shortterm stays. On the other side of the street, there is a hostel. Its quite noisy every night, but not too much. For resort guests, i can park if you want to use the car or bicycle park.

We will return. Excellent location in surfers, off the main street, with a balcony overlooking the river, standard rooms, and kids who adore the spa and pool. There is no lift, but the stairs are fine.

The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, making them ideal for families. The spa is amazing and the staff is friendly, and it is quite lovely at night. My kids absolutely loved it.

This place is absolutely stunning, conveniently located near everything and boasts spacious apartments. However, the only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning could not operate properly. Despite this minor inconvenience, our experience was flawless!.

My group of girls and i stayed at the K resort for a week in January. We were nervous about our stay because of the negative reviews. But when we arrived, we were so happy with the quality service of reception staff. Along with our clean and wellstocked rooms. The kitchen was equipped with equipment to make simple dinners and even had dish soap and towels ready to go. It was clean, and tidy. Arrived much earlier than checkin time. However, the staff held onto our bags so that we could explore. And called us as soon as the room was ready. They were always willing to answer our questions throughout our visit. Not to mention the free wifi, which isnt something ive usually experience at lodging. In addition to the very powerful air conditioner, all of us loved it on the hot nights. A great addition is the central pool area. An excellent place where everyone seems to gather in the evenings. Cooking burgers or just lounging on lounge chairs. All this for an extremely affordable price! I couldnt have asked for better accommodation for my money, would definitely come back. Thank you, k resort.

The room was equipped with everything i needed. The view was breathtaking and the atmosphere was calm. I would definitely return. Room 27 was amazing, tidy and spotless. Best bed ever.

The place is reasonably clean, however, it lacks essentials such as teaspoons, rubbish bins and correctly programming television channels. The pool is a great place for families, but the spa needs to be cleaned!.

The apartment is of decent size. Although the decor is a little antiquated, you wont be paying exorbitant amounts each night. Air conditioning, tv, fridge, and freezer are all included. The spa and pool werent busy. With securing ipad, checkin after hours was made simple. Additionally, secure parking with designated bays made for reassurance. Its also conveniently located near the center of town!.

This place is recommended for families on a tight budget. The location is close to surfers paradise. It is located within 5 minutes walk from this place. There are nice, clean, spacious units. Staff are friendly and helpful. Outside areas are well maintained and easily accessible and the pool and spa are clean.

Our apartment was clean, tidy and functional for what we needed. Great security access, so felt safe and our vehicle was always secure. Basic supplies in the kitchen for our meals and laundry facilities were great to have in our unit too. Would definitely consider staying here again and the price was well within our budget. Not far from the city center of the coast which was convenient.

This resort is very clean and tidy. Its right next to surfers paradise. I love that you are so close to all the action but not in the middle of town. The new managers are very friendly and helpful and can help with all kinds of tours and activities.

We stayed here for a week in sydneys twobedroom apartment. The apartment wasnt modern, but it was adequate for its purpose. Very affordable price and great location in surfers paradise. Pool and spa were nice and the private beach at the back was beautiful! We also had parking space in the garage below. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a really pleasant experience. The location is charming and the facilities are also excellent. Although the parking area can be confusing, the map provided invaluable assistance. Additionally, its proximity to malls and coles/iga makes it convenient, which is incredibly advantageous. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from our backyard!.

A little worn out, but at a lower cost than other surfers resorts in the same convenient location. The outdoor spa is also in ideally located by the river with idyll beach for kids, very relaxing.
