Pelayanan pelanggan sangat buruk, ruangan sangat bising dan sarapan selalu buruk. Lingkungan tidak terlalu aman, hanya ada satu meja depan, sering kosong di malam hari dan saya melihat tunawisma berlarian ke hotel untuk mengambil barang-barang mereka. Tidak direkomendasikan. Lingkungan keamanan sangat buruk.

We stayed here on the recommendation of our tour operator. It is simple and clean accommodation, with everything you need for an overnight stay. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. Dinner at one of the many dining options along southbank was easy. We could order takeaway coffee at the hotel before leaving the next day. It took a bit longer than we expected and was more than we had ever paid for a coffee, but it did the job.

It was the ideal reasonably priced hotel for our weekend in melbourne. Amazing setting. Comfortable rooms and beds, as well as a fantastic shower.

What a wonderful place, right across the river from flinders street station and one street back from the river and the bustle. Southgate shopping mall and the waterfront restaurants are just steps away. The hotel rooms are well appointed for a longer stay, the only extras really missing from this hotel are the gym and pool/spa facilities, but thats fine.

Overall, the location and room were comfortable and good, but a bit pricey for what you get due to inflation for the first time. Checking in was a bit tedious as you had to redo your booking details for their automated system.

The bed was comfortable. The towels are clean but old. The bathroom is also very similar. You can order quite a lot of food through the app. But next time i will choose the hotel near chinatown because of the quality and price. It has chromecast. The room size is ok. 3 stars hotel.

Ive recently stayed here several times and have enjoyed the Mercure southbank. Thank you to the staff and for the welcome gift. There is no dining yet, but breakfast is available it can get very busy in the morning. Recently renovated rooms, comfortable beds and easy to operate heating and cooling system. Looking forward to returning. Also appreciate the kitchenette facilities.

We stayed one night for a dinner trip on the yarra and the hotel is conveniently located near the departure point. The receptionist was very helpful at check in and all the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety and scrambled eggs were especially good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Its pretty decent. Its in a very convenient area of the city, very close to everything. Next to it is the landmark 108. Behind it is the skydeck. The room was also very spacious. Very good value for money.

The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was very helpful. A vibrant part of the city near the river. Trams to all parts of the city nearby, and most attractions and sporting grounds are within walking distance. The ideal location for everything in Melbourne.

Kebersihan kamar kurang baik, lantai kamar mandi sedikit kotor, selebihnya kamar luas dan nyaman. Ada ketel, mini bar, pengering rambut, setrika, dan papan setrika. Ada layanan binatu. Hotel yang sangat modern dan sangat bagus dan bersih di area umum. Anda juga dapat mengisi ulang air di bar lantai dasar untuk mengisi ulang botol air Anda.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat bagus untuk kegiatan di kota. Kamarnya bersih dan rapi. Sarapannya agak buruk dalam hal pilihan. Makanan yang ditawarkan cukup baik. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Sayangnya mereka tidak dapat menemukan jubah dasar saya, meskipun saya yakin saya meninggalkannya di sana!

Highly recommended. The checkin experience was fantastic, and anita was extremely helpful and accommodating. She has excellent customer service and local knowledge. The room was tidy and wellpresented. The action is only a short stroll from the hotel.

The hotel was fresh and welcoming, and it was obvious that it had recently undergone renovations. Our room had a cozy bed, and it was tastefully furnished and fresh. With a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator, the kitchenette was ideal for us. There was plenty of vanity space for toiletries, and the shower was spacious and not over a bath, which i detest. We had a show at the Birds basement nearby, and the location was ideal for us. The tram that took us to flagstaff station or the city via a short walk over the yarra.

Great location. The front desk and room service personnel were both accommodating and kind. The rooms were lovely, however, we had to frequently request refills of tea and coffee supplies during our weeklong stay. On the daily cleaning, housekeeping seemed to do the bare minimum, with no vacuuming or mopping of the bathroom floor.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and will come back. This hotel is a great place to base yourself if you want to walk into the city, go to south wharf or southbank. The hotel is friendly, modern, very clean and tidy.

As a part of a package tour, i stayed for three nights. Spot on hotel in a great location, very nice breakfast, i have to say, but the sausages could use a little color on them.
