Check-in/Check-out Times

Check in time is after 2pm and check-out time is 10am. Changes to these times may be negotiated subject to availability.

Check-out

Upon check-out please ensure that the room is neat and tidy with dishes washed and put away, and the rubbish removed to the nearby outdoor bins. Please return the key to the lockbox and scramble the numbers.

Reception

We are a private let so please direct any issues or questions you have to us via the contact details provided, not reception.

Air Conditioning

Please conserve energy by turning off the air conditioner when you leave the room.

Appliances

Please refrain from using multiple appliances at once as it may overload the circuit.

Pool Towels

Pool towels have been supplied for your use. Please ensure that all these towels are left in the room upon exit.

Baby High Chair

Please wipe after use.

Inventory

Please ensure any items removed from the room are returned, ie if used in pool, barbecue area. Cleaners conduct an inventory after each stay. (Please note there is strictly NO glass allowed in the pool area).

Noise

Please consider those around you and keep excessive noise to a minimum.

Tennis Equipment

Please feel free to use the supplied racquets and balls. We ask that you return them to the room after use.

Damages

Accidents happen. We ask that you report any damages.
