My husband and i had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean even though it is small. Great shops and restaurants nearby and we highly recommend this.

This hotel offers very affordable rooms in a decent location. A minutes walk from kings cross station, which can take you anywhere. The staff here are amazing. Warm and helpful. Eugene went above and beyond for me in particular. He worked overtime to finalize my reservation, as i arrived several minutes past the staffing hours. She was patient with me and he was incredibly nice to talk to.

The rooms are compact and spotless. The location is excellent, its close to pubs, cafes, nightclubs and the train station. Its lovely downstairs cafe. Our breakfast was delicious, and our almond croissant was divine. We would definitely recommend it.

The customer service provided by this place was exceptional. I needed a room, and the majority of hotels in the area were fully booked. After entering my phone number, i received reassurances and an email back once it opened. It exudes naiveness about it.

Potts point is unquestionably one of the neighborhoods you must visit in sydney, and there are many adorable cafes, restaurants, or bars nearby. The hotel is in an excellent position. Although the room was small, there was noise and light coming from the door leading to the hallway. My primary concern, however, was the cleanliness. On the windowsill, a used condom was found. Additionally, the shower wasnt the best. I suppose i had higher expectations for the price.

The staff was helpful before we arrived, friendly and efficient when we came, it starts to feel like family. The location is great, and for people from small rural villages of course the choice of cafes, restaurants and retail, from posh to practical and cheap, is a real advantage. You can have style and find tastiest, laundry, repairs, modifications and services from manicures to medicine are very accessible.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The front desk employee, eugene, was really considerate and helpful. We will undoubtedly suggest it. It was wellorganized and neatly designed, and the bed was large and comfortable. Sheets were lovely.

Springfield lodge is a very convenient, comfortable, and friendly place to stay. The front desk customer service staff are very friendly, helpful, efficient and go out of their way to help, especially when storing bags at checkout. Checkin and checkout process were very quick and efficient, making me feel welcome. Room 212s bed was very comfortable and the shower had tepid hot water. Although the bathroom was small, it had all the facilities needed for my stay and wasnt what i would call cramped. Clean and well maintained rooms provide just the right amount of comfort and space. I highly recommend Springfield Lodge to anyone looking for cosy and affordable accommodation in the heart of Sydney, with everything at your fingertips or within easy travel.

The room was small and basic but it was relaxing. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lacked support. Bathroom was very small, only enough space for one person to use. There was mold on the ceiling and the tiles in the shower. Overall it is a good overnight stay.

After a long flight from the uk, we needed slumber and we had it. The bed was comfortable, the room was small but clean, and the price was reasonable. It was only necessary to have slept during our stay because we were on sightseeing all day. I would recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was equipped with everything we needed, except for ice! Great location, within walking distance to everything and only a short distance from the train station. Both the attached cafe and the shared lounge area were excellent. Very clean, tidy, and very quiet! From the time we checked in until we left, the staffs service was outstanding. When we requested anything, including arranging tuktu taxi to the airport, one of the receptionists went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we required. Not only would we stay at this hotel again if we traveled to australia, but i would also recommend it to friends and family.

The positive things about this place are the friendly and helpful employees, clean rooms, and a beautiful building with harris farm across the street. The negative things are that there is no blind on the window, so i had to deal with the noise from the door gaps creaking all night and the outside light, which was not something ive been used to, as well as the noisy atmosphere. Also, the location is very strategic, at least the lip and step up from bedroom floor to bathroom by 10-15 cm. At night, all the light meant he saw it and didnt trip every time ill go to the toilet at night. Still, despite these limitations of what can be done about the sound, still giving 4 stars for the safety issue remarked.

This place has a great location, cleanliness is good, and the reception staff is helpful and friendly. The bed is comfortable and comes with high quality linens. I highly recommend it if you want to explore Sydney and surrounding areas.

Kings cross station is only 100 meters from the hotel. In addition to being very convenient for all the attractions in sydney, the hotels location is surrounded by good local bistros and cafes, all within walking distance.

Lokasi yang bagus, staf yang luar biasa, terima kasih kepada Eugene dan Sarah yang membuat masa tinggal saya begitu nyaman. Toko kue Bella Marie terletak tepat di sebelah lobi, menawarkan kue panggang segar yang lezat dan kopi yang enak, Mel sangat luar biasa. Tim yang luar biasa, sangat direkomendasikan!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in a queen bed room with tv. Great location, friendly staff and helpful. But we couldnt see any view because there are many buildings nearby. And we didnt ask any staff to clean our room. So we had to tidy up and take out the rubbish ourselves. The toilet is too small but its not terribly bad. Finally, we are upset because this is our first trip to australia.
