Jika Anda mencari lokasi hotel yang cukup baik dan dekat dengan bourke street mal, mungkin hanya hotel ini yang bagus. Hanya berjalan melewati arcade arcade dari hotel ini maka Anda segera tiba di bourkey street mall. Kamar cukup bersih, jendela dalam hotel langsung menghadap ke australia on collins mal, hotel langsung menyambung dengan australian on collines mal. Pelayanan staf perlu ditingkatkan, keramahan pada para tamu juga masih kurang, saat kami meminta bantuan, tidak begitu responsif dan kadang concierge di lantai dasar tidak memberikan pelayanan maksimal.

We only stayed one night, but all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we left it a bit late to use the restaurant before the concert, but the staff on duty assured us we would still have time to have a bar meal from the menu. This arrived quite quickly after ordering and was not disappointing at all. Thank you to all your team, we will be staying again.

Meskipun lokasinya strategis, agak berbeda dengan lobby yang tidak langsung berada di lantai bawah. Anda harus naik 2 lift untuk mencapai kamar. Yang cukup melelahkan adalah kita harus banyak berbelok untuk mencapai kamar. Tidak ada perlakuan khusus untuk A dan anggota.

The location is ideal for traveling. There were all wellknown tourist attractions and supermarkets close by, so there was no inconvenience during my stay. The swimming pool was small, but it had a roof, so it was nice to be able to use it even on rainy days. There is also a small jacuzzi.

We have stayed here before and have enjoyed the facilities, pool, and gym. An excellent midcity hotel in the heart of the city. Our junior suite room was very spacious, with excellent linen and bed. Service was also excellent. Valet parking is recommended at an additional cost. The food in the onsite restaurant was of first class quality. Great friendly table service.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from flinders station, burge st. Mall, and other attractions. The room could have been cleaned a little better, i had to ask housekeeping to vacuum our carpets again because the previous occupants blonde hair was everywhere. Breakfast spread is good. The pool is warm and the spa is relaxing. The gym is also good. I used express checkout by dropping the keys in the box, but they overcharged me at a higher room rate than what i had booked. I emailed them and they promptly refunded the money. But lucky i checked the invoice! Next time, ill just check out at the counter so that i can make sure they are charging me the correct amount.

I recommend using the hotel and its services, you wont regret it. We went to their restaurant for lunch one day and drinks the next. It was clean and tidy. It was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a main meal or sit down with a snack and drink.

I was very happy with the staff, they helped me to upgrade to a junior suite for free. The morning breakfast was well curated and had a variety of options. The only problem was parking, encountered a few issues while parking and retrieving the vehicle.

Overall, id say it was a good standard hotel experience, nothing extravagant, but it did the job. The hotel was nice, looked neat, and the room was quite large and open. I thought the hotel was a bit more modern and boutique in design from everything i heard about it, but id say it looked like it was similar to many hotels ive stayed in. Valet parking was a great option, and the service from the staff was great. The only note i would recommend for parking is more signage out front indicating where you can park for valet service. The buffet breakfast was great! They had a very wide variety, probably the most ive seen at a hotel buffet, and again very friendly and helpful staff. The biggest downside was the bed, it was rock hard and left me with a very sore back and a very restless sleep. The only other downside is that the $100 bond taken at checkin takes some time to be refunded as i still havent received it days after checking out.

The hotel is in a great central location, close to many attractions, and there is a tram out front. The pool needs some work. The robes in the room were torn at the pocket. Dirty glasses left out in front of the room for 2 days. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety.

Excellent value for the money. The hotel was incredibly crowded with families because it was Easter, but apart from that chaos at breaky, the staff did their best to accommodate everyone. Our package included a late checkout, four drink vouchers, breakfast, and valet parking. The room size was adequate and not overly cocky like some city deals.

My niece and i were seeing her first theater performance at this hotel, which was centrally located to everything we could possibly need, with friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. We had the most wonderful weekend. I already booked a second visit to your hotel.

Hotel ini sangat sentral, jadi Anda dapat mencapai semuanya dengan berjalan kaki. Kamarnya baik-baik saja sejauh ini, tetapi kami memiliki satu yang menghadap ke halaman tertutup, sehingga sangat gelap dan tanpa pemandangan. Sarapannya sangat enak. Karena ada balapan formula 1 yang berlangsung di Melbourne selama kami menginap, hotel ini sangat penuh, sebagian besar tamunya adalah pengunjung balapan ini, yang tidak hanya dilihat dari gaya pakaiannya tetapi juga perilaku dan kenyaringan mereka. Pelayanan di hotel ini mendapat potongan 2 poin karena tidak diperhatikan sama sekali saat melewati resepsionis apalagi disapa. Sangat impersonal.

The rooms were clean and decently sized. The facilities were nice, especially the pool and spa, although there were many children splashing and spraying water everywhere. The minibar snacks were very expensive, so we didnt buy any of them.

The friendly staff was very appreciated. Mattresses and pillows could be much more comfortable. Only 2 pillows for 3 people. Cheap and lumpy pillows. Clean bathroom. Hallways, gym floor and equipment in desperate need of cleaning. It seems like no one has cared to vacuum for quite some time. For an otherwise modern establishment one would think this would be a pretty quick win for the company. Buffet breakfast and good coffee a highlight.

Lokasi hotel ini cukup strategis, Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke pusat kota Melbourne. Makanannya juga sangat mudah, ada banyak restoran dan kafe di sekitar hotel. Saya sangat menyukai lokasinya. Untuk kamar dan pelayanan sendiri saya pikir cukup baik, meskipun tidak ada yang luas biasa, tetapi bagi mereka yang suka menjelajahi kota Melbourne, saya merekomendasikan menginap di sini karena aksesnya sangat mudah.

Booking our accommodation and then making changes with you was easy, seamless and the staff were professional and efficient. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa. Plus great location.

We stayed in a junior suite for three nights. Flinders street, central station in Melbourne, and attractions like old Melbourne gaol are all within a short stroll of the hotel. The room could have used an upgrade with contemporary amenities like usb charging ports and a larger tv. For a room as spacious as the junior suite, the television is too small. The alarm clock is old and still had the original iphone connection, and the switches on the PowerPoint were lost. We informed the hotel that we would be arriving early and the room was not available until after 1 pm. The room was not serviced until after 3 pm on the first full day. It appears that there arent enough room attendants given the slow room service. We had dinner at the restaurant during our stay. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. While the hotel is in need of an upgrade, it is in a great location and has good amenities. With a pool and restaurant on site. If you are looking to visit Melbourne, i would recommend this hotel.
