Great family city stay in central location. Close to shopping, dining, and city-based activities. Breakfast was great with so many options! We parked in multi-story carpark across the road to save on parking fees. Would definitely stay again!

Flying in in the early hours of the morning was a little worries but no issues at all. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Loved that I could top up water bottle with either still or sparkling water on way in or out.

We are a family of 4 (two adults and two children) who stayed in a double double room (two double beds) for two nights after arriving in the middle of the night from Singapore. Night staff were on duty when we arrived, they let us in because it was after midnight, so it felt very safe. They checked us in quickly, which was helpful as we were very tired. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool and both are family friendly. We used both and were impressed with the cleanliness. The free wi-fi never dropped out once. Breakfast was good, a large self-service all-you-can-eat buffet selection of cooked items as well as continental choices. There are also Asian inspired menu items, cereals for children and lots of fresh fruit. The fruit juices on offer were orange, pineapple and apple and there's lots of tea and coffee choices from the machine (but no decaf!). When the coffee machine stopped working but they repaired it immediately. It was a bit pricey but the kids ate for free (one child free with each full paying adult) which made it reasonable for the choice on offer. The location is really good, it's on a street which goes straight into the shopping centre of Perth about 10 mins walk away. There's also a great Italian restaurant over the road which do pancakes for breakfast! The room was exactly what we expected from the photos and description. The only bit that was a surprise was that there's no lock on the bathroom door. Overall it was a very pleasant stay here.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was well presented, and the staff were very smart and professional. The rooms were spacious and the views, for that part of the city were above average. King bed was clean and fresh with nice pillows. The small kitchenette provided coffee facilities with minibar and a lockable safe. In the cupboard there was a hairdryer ironing board and iron. The bathroom came with all the usuals, body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, spare razor kit, shower cap handcream etc. I was a bit disappointed with the air conditioning. The room felt very warm even when said to 19°C, compared to the hotel Gully and main foyer areas. The pool was not that appealing as it was a bit cloudy. The valet parking is a bit costly at $50 when you can get free overnight parking across the road at CPP or $22/day. The old day breakfast price is a bit expensive as well. There is a small coffee shop right next door that offers ham and cheese, croissants, fresh coffee etc for a quarter of the price. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would certainly go back.
