This property is directly across the street from Cottesloe Beach. Parking is available, but if it's all taken, there is plenty of space on the street for free. The receptionist is really friendly. Our room was spacious but basic. When the last paint was done, the painter cut twice but didn't apply a second roller coat which really stood out! The carpet is a bit soiled in a few spots. At most a three-star property. On the plus side, we enjoyed a great meal at the pub next door.

The breakfast is simple but tasty and affordable. The seating inside with the view of the water is very comfortable and amazing when it's cold outside. The staff were also very nice. We'll be back before leaving.

The location of this hotel is in a strategic area, next to the beach. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The shower has a good pressure. There is plenty of parking area and restaurant nearby.
