Before booking your accommodation, please be aware of the following:

ID Request
=============
Prior to check-in, you will need to send us a Photo ID of all guests staying.

Damage Deposit
===============
Before check-in, you are required to pay a damage deposit of AUD $700 online (we will provide you with payment instructions after you book). If there are no damages to the accommodation during your stay and you check out on time, this amount will be fully refunded within 7 days after your check-out.

Care of Access Devices
------------
Guests are kindly requested to exercise utmost care and responsibility when handling key, fob, remote, and any other access devices provided for the duration of their stay. In the event of loss or damage to any of these access devices, a replacement fee of $230 will be charged.

Oven Usage and Cleaning
------------
Guests are welcome to use the oven as needed during their stay. However, we kindly request that you clean the oven thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee ranging from $50 to $80, depending on the extent of cleaning required. Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the oven is greatly appreciated.

Rubbish Sorting

Please strictly adhere to the garbage bin usage guidelines outlined in the check-in instructions and ensure proper waste separation. Additionally, if you are residing here, please take the garbage bins to the fenced area in the park across the street every Sunday evening (specific details will be provided in the check-in instructions you receive on your arrival day). Incorrect waste sorting may result in additional garbage disposal fees.

Housekeeping and Cleanliness

During your stay, we kindly request that you maintain a certain level of cleanliness within the accommodation. Excessive dirt or disorder caused by guests may result in an additional cleaning fee that guests will be responsible for.
