"The fire penetration rectification and combustible cladding removal project will commence on 7th July 2026. Key upcoming works include: • Window awning removal (eastern elevation): 7th July – approx. 24th July 2026 • Front entry works: approx. 20th July – 7th August 2026 (including some night works) • Western elevation works: 20th July – 14th August 2026 • Rooftop cladding works: 27th July – 18th September 2026 • Rooftop platform works: 7th September – 25th September 2026 • Project completion expected by 2nd October 2026 Things you should know: • There will be periods of construction noise, including intermittent drilling and cutting. • Some works will require equipment such as scissor lifts and rope access. • Access to certain areas may be temporarily restricted or impacted. • Photo attached of Lower Ground basement showing the driveway. • Units 001 and 002 will require access during parts of the works. • Night works will occur in the front entry area to maintain building access during the day.
