Shout out to the reception staff who were all lovely and the cleaning crew. Probably one of the cleanest properties Ive ever stayed in. Property was in a great location for us, walking distance to the train station and the Quay. The area does get a bit rough after dark especially on weekends though, as it does in any city. The immediate area around the property is a little rough looking with boarded up empty buildings, but walking along Murray street is fine. My only suggestion is to bring earplugs because i could hear everything in the apartment above me, every time the tap was turned on, when the toilet was flushed, when the guests walked around. The street noise on weekends is loud as well. The apartments are serviced however it should be noted are not serviced on a sunday and public holidays, which for us meant we only had one service but the price isnt adjusted because of this unfortunately.

妻と息子と3人で利用させていただきました。 アパートメントタイプなので、施設内にレストランやジムなどを求める向きには選択肢となり得ないですが、必要最低限のロビー、フロント、特に3〜4人で2ベッドルームに広いリビングと台所のあるいわゆるコンドミニアム的な宿泊先を求める利用者には最高の選択肢のひとつとなるでしょう。 なにせ、いびきが大きい人間と別の部屋が良いが、2部屋別々に予約するのはコスパが悪いと考えた我々にとっては、願ってもないレイアウトです。 建物自体は年数なりの古さは感じられるものの、部屋やロビーの清掃が行き届いていて清潔感がありました。 街のど真ん中ではありませんが、パース駅まで歩いて10分少々の程よく離れた感じが喧騒を感じさせず、遅くまで開いているコンビニが近くにあり、Woolworthsやcolesなどのスーパー含め街の主要な訪問先は徒歩圏内でアクセス可能。また、この街にはCATという無料バスの素晴らしいインフラがあるため、移動に対するハードルが一気に下がることも特筆できます。 しいて気になる点と言えば、この施設は主要な通りの交差点にあるため、朝7時ごろになると行き交う車両の音で目が覚め、早く活動を始めるよう促されます。それも、この街の清々しい朝を散歩しないのはもったいない、街行く人々と共にコーヒーショップに並び、最高の一杯とともに歩くのは至高のひと時となるでしょう。夜遅くなると人通りが少なめになるので、早目に戻って部屋を満喫し、明日に備えましょう。 最後に、フロントのスタッフも皆さん親切で、とてもフレンドリーな日本人の女性スタッフが1人シフトに入っておられ、日本語でいろいろな情報が得られるという大きなメリットがこの施設にあるということをお知らせしておきたいと思います。

Easy walk to all activities we were doing. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Clean room and bathroom well stocked. No view from the room but we were not there long enough to be concerned. Many buildings near by closed and full of graffiti which makes the area less desirable but in time when the buildings around are redeveloped it will improve. Minor negative was only one pillow per person so no pillows to place against headboard to sit up in bed. Perhaps this will change soon. Otherwise a very pleasant stay

I adored this place. I spent ten days there. The rooms are excellent. All facilities are spotless and tidy. Daily housekeeping. The kind people at the front desk!.

Well though out space. Accommodate my family of 5 easily. Good kitchenette facilities that enabled us to have a couple of simple meals in the comfort of our own home away from home. If anything could be improved, they could install better shower doors as the water from the rain shower kept splashing out.

This place is convenient for exploring the city. It has a kitchen with a washer and dryer. Stay away from noise by staying on high floors. Dont eat at fast food restaurants like eddys. The food is delicious, especially for beer and other beverages.

Skønt ophold - meget centralt beliggenhed. Der var meget lidt larm fra andre gæster og gadeplan. Sengen var en af de bedste senge vi har oplevet på et hotel. De ansatte var meget behjælpsomme med stort og småt. Det var langt over vores forventning at opvaskemaskinen blev sat over hvis vi ikke havde fået gjort det om morgenen inden vi tog ud på dagens eventyr eller at den blev tømt så tingene stod rengjorte på deres plads. Beliggenheden i Perths CBD kunne næsten ikke være mere ideel. Der er gratis busser som kører 100 meter væk fra hotellet og togstationen og busholdepladsen ligger cirka 800 meter væk.

We will definitely stay at Quest West End again! We appreciated being upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 as it made it a lot easier with our luggage! The staff were extremely helpful at all times.

The Apartment (Superior Apartment) had all that we needed for a relaxing stay and was located close to the CBD. We normally stay in hotels but thought this year to give an apartment a try.The rooms within the apartment were well maintained during our stay which was a great feeling when coming back after we had been out all day. The Apartment had all the modern appliances from microwave, washing machine, dish washer dryer and more. I found the customer service excellent especially as we had to end our stay earlier than expected. Bronwyn was very professional in organising a refund after getting sign off from her manager. I thought this would have been an issue as we paid up front as some places don’t refund and just give credits. This was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely rebook again this year as the apartment and customer service were excellent.How good are apartments...
