Rayville Boat Houses is a beach-themed complex with 10 stand-alone, fully self-contained villas. These deluxe villas range from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, some offering views of the nearby Otway Ranges, whilst other afford lovely views of the ocean. Our Loft style, Ranges View, Ocean View and our luxurious Penthouse are all beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with spacious corner spa, dining area and lounge with tv, dvd/cd/vcr players and cosy wood fire, as well as own private verandah or balcony. Each villa has at least 1 queen and 2 single beds, with some having a pull-out trundle and a double bed in the 3 bedroom villa. Maximum occupancy ranges from 4 to 7 persons. Rayville Boat Houses is a wonderful place for families and children. Only the Penthouse is for adults-only. The Penthouse has state-of-the-art furniture and fittings, ocean views all around, PLASMA, Austar, dvd/ cd/ vcr players, as well as own private balcony. Rayville Boat Houses are off the Great Ocean Road, quiet , turn off the road towards the ocean. You will have a relaxing stay without distractions; yet still within close walking distance to the beaches (100m), harbour, the local golf course, shops and restaurants (300m). Tariffs vary depending on the villa type, season, duration of stay [longer is more economical], number of persons and whether occupancy is during midweek or over weekends.
