I stayed here for 3 nights while traveling along the wonderful alpine road. The rooms have a view of the river and separate rooms with two single beds that would be ideal for a family stay. It also had a large refrigerator and microwave oven so if you wanted to cook your own meals it wouldn't be a problem. Whilst it is not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, I would say it was clean and very good value for money. Woolworth's supermarket and Bright are both 5 minutes away. As the name suggests, this motel is literally on the riverside. My wife used the pool, which was clean and refreshing. Overall a good stay and very good value for money.

We made our pre-booking when we arrived, however, they were full. The view was lovely in our top-floor room, which overlooked nature's waters. When we arrived when the power went out during a storm, it didn't take long to go back on. The accommodation was huge and could have accommodated five people! We were a two-person group and slept in the main area with the queen bed and not in the side bed room. Couch and chairs. Cookware microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. We could hear others, but there was also a fair amount of noise from the refrigerator or other powered items. There was no indication that the floor had been vacuumed. I removed a shard of glass from the carpet. My slippers were still in the room, and the carpet was old and grimy. Balcony chairs need to be replaced. A comfy bed for all of us, plush sleep. Overall a wonderful place.

This quiet motel is close to a river and offers peaceful walking. This place is very quiet with spacious rooms and lovely gardens with tables and barbecues. The water in the tap was hot in no time, so I didn't need to wait for it to warm up.

We reserved the riverbank for 3 nights. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was very spacious and spotless. The cover was small but very clean. The bed was a touch uncomfortable, but that didn't ruin our stay. The river view was amazing. The location in town was excellent, only a 2 minute walk from everything you need, supermarket, bakery, brewery, pubs and restaurants. Overall, a fantastic weekend.

The hotel is close to the city center and has a view of the river. Our room was on the ground floor, so you can sit out and relax with a drink and enjoy the surroundings. It's very beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is also reasonably priced.
