Group and Longstay Policy:
Bookings under the same name and dates, requiring more than 5 rooms or over 10 people, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate the guests have booked.
Bookings under the same name and dates extending beyond 14 days, will follow the Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy regardless of the rate the guests have booked.

Group and Longstay Payment and Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% of the booking must be paid up to 15 days before the arrival date. This is non-refundable.
The property will contact the guest before the property charges the remaining 50% and remind the guest that the remaining amount is due 15 days in advance.
If the payment is not received, the property will notify in writing that the property will hold the booking for an additional 48 hours and if it is not received, the booking will be canceled 10 days prior to arrival.
To stay in shared rooms the maximum age is 45 - Passports are required for check in to shared rooms - Government issued photo ID is required for private rooms
