The room I booked was basically an apartment. Sure, it was a little old and tired, but that's why they're currently renovating the hotel, and why the price was very competitive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and all around professional. Housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. Check-in was fast and easy.

Friendly service from staff, room had everything needed, only TV was old and slightly fuzzy. Nice to have a bath in a basic room. Only a 20 minute walk to the harbour at Anderson Park.

The hotel is conveniently situated, coles is not too far from the hotel and there are many pubs nearby. The staff was courteous and attentive to our requests. Beds were clean and comfortable. If you have a large family, i would recommend this hotel. There were six of us, and the only hotel that could accommodate all of them at recompense. In comparison to other hotels ive stayed in, this one is quite old, but it was okay because of the service and location, as well as the buffet breakfast which we included as part of our stay and children eat for free. Buffet included dozens of bacon, eggs pancakes, fruit juices with juice, baked beans, cereals or toast, croissants whatever you wanted, they had it and it tasted delicious. Next time, im going to stay at this motel again.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were polite and very helpful especially the manager who was on when I checked in she was amazing and very friendly. The rooms really do need to be modernised as they look a little drab but still very comfortable for a night or 2
