This place is not recommended. We booked a king room with a balcony. This accommodation is not suitable for a budget hotel. There was paint peeling off the artwork, and the bathroom was worn out. We were treated badly by the aircorn that isn't strong enough to stand up to the harsh afternoon sun.

We have a very disappointing experience when staying at this hotel. We recently arrived at the hotel after midnight and were welcomed by the staff. In actuality, the staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly helpful, helpful, and professional. That's where the good experience ends. The hotel room we were staying in was very unwelcoming. The carpet was the first thing we saw when we entered the room. Dirty. We didn't want to take our shoes off. Stains everywhere, dirty look, rolls and rolls over the carpet which honestly is a trip hazard. I think it must have been the original carpet. The room smelled strongly musty. Very musty and stale. The curtains had hooks missing and hung in places where the net curtains didn't close properly. Again, it was probably the original furniture from when the hotel was constructed many years ago. It was very dated. The air conditioner panel appeared new but we couldn't turn it down and ended up turning it off because it was blasting us out of our beds. The air conditioner panel was also very bright, it looked like a blackpool illumination in the room all night long. The bathroom was also outdated, but I must say that the bathroom was clean. The pillows were uncomfortable and hard. I doubt the 4 star rating. The hotel is in dire need of a return. Even the elevators were noisy and clu

We chose this hotel because it is close to my and is a genuine hotel, rather than the 3 star and less types of accommodation, because we wanted to have a really comfortable night on a long drive. The hotel was sufficient but did not excel. No food service after 10.30, which I find repulsive for a hotel this size. So we had to drive out into what was quite a deserted area at the time of night and feed ourselves from a service station! The bathroom wasn't of a quality that reflected the hotels price and star rating, I think this hotel hasn't updated in many years. Parking is large and brightly lit. Reception was quick and friendly. The wifi password was, however, in the carton. It was written on the card key container, as it should have been. The fridge in the room was really frosted. a la travelodge, the windows in the rooms can't open! Overall we were disappointed but still managed to have a decent nights sleep and were not put up with any queues! Three stars.

It's a truly great place, the staff was fantastic, the room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, the dining room and the bar were good, and the location was good for our needs. We appreciate your pleasant stay and will definitely return.
