I stayed at this motel for two nights and would highly recommend it. This recently opened motels appearance is 5 stars, with spacious smart tvs in the rooms and many other amenities. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would love to stay again.

The motel was convenient for my trip to coorparoo. The rooms are quiet because they are located behind the main building. Microwave technology has been used to modernize the rooms.

The room is decent for the price paid. Checkin at 2 pm. Very clean, towels are changed every 4 days. Wifi works fine. Close to uq and bus stops.

It was adequate for the price. The bed was quite comfortable. Room was tidy, roomy, and bathroom. We made our reservation very late, around 11 p. M., but arrived at 11.30 a.M. Because we needed to be in the pa hospital early, so we were grateful for lastminute reservations and reception. Its tepid to get to our upstairs room 15 because it is surrounded by trees.

We will stay here again. It can be deceptive to see what looks like. The rooms are excellent, the exterior doesnt look great, but the room is lovely. Lovely, big comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, and a good bathroom. Everything was immaculate.

I cant fault the s 1 motel. The place is very clean and feels very safe. Its in the best location, with everything you need within walking distance. Staff were very prompt to meet guests needs and regularly checked in asking if we needed anything. Water pressure in shower was good, and the soap provided smelled great. Most surprising part was the price.
