Our stay at Sails was perfect. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. Location was great. Gareth was super helpful. The pool was well maintained. Having the undercover parking was a real bonus. 10/10 will definitely return!

Absolutely loved the location. Couldn't have been better. Directly across from the beach and a short stroll to all the shops and eateries. Wonderful sunsets every night. What else could you want for?

Had an awesome 5 night stay here in a 2 br garden terrace unit. Loved that it was at the quieter end of Horseshoe Bay and right across from the beach. No driving required. Whilst it is obvious the resort is older the 2 level unit was very spacious and loved having a 2nd toilet upstairs. It had all we needed to be fully self contained and we ate every meal except 1 at the unit sitting on the balcony which had a view of the water. We arrived 2 hrs before checkin and Kathy was lovely enough to let us check in earlier and let us know they have beach chairs, towels and small eskys all for guests use which is fabulous. Apart from that we had no interaction until checkout. It was a quieter time of year on the whole island which we found lovely and even though apparently the resort was fully booked over the weekend we barely saw anyone. The pool was also great to use when we didnt feel like the beach. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely return.

The location of Sails on Horseshoe is perfect. It is just across the road from the beach and 2 minutes from the local shops. We have stayed here before and would came here again.

Loved the upstairs lounge/balcony with water views. Great location opposite beach and close to shops and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Hosts very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Magnetic Island!
