The room had a modern bed. It could have used more coat hangers. Nice view of the harbor from floor 4609, room 4609. It didn't have a microwave, but it did have an oven and hob, a fridge freezer, and a small dishwasher. Only one tea plate was available for us to use. Furthermore, it lacked things like an oven glove, which you must have if you're cooking in an oven, a dish cloth scouring pad, lots of hair on the floor, and a netflix device that didn't work, so I complained. It took three days of our stay to get that fixed, as well as the television you watch keeps freezing and you must change channels in order to work. There is only one elevator that works, and the shower toilet door doesn't close properly, so we had to keep wiping the floor.

This is a wonderful location to stay. I had an upgrade through a rewards program, and I was thrilled that it was available because the views I had were simply amazing. Additionally, through rewards, I was offered a complimentary bottle of white wine and the option of late checkout. The receptionist, who was incredibly friendly and cheerful, was delighted to keep my luggage in case I came early so I could leave without a hitch and enjoy my day. When I returned, she explained all the available amenities, so I didn't have to chase anything up. I simply topped most of the buildings surrounding me in the ed floor. I had a corner room 4713, which meant I could see from two sides. Its basically a studio, but the bed was tucked away from the main living area. The room was in excellent shape, with a very contemporary vibe. Although a little small, the restroom was spotless and appeared to be brand new as the rest of the room. The bed offered a wonderful view of the city, and it had a panoramic outlook. Definitely suited both couples and singles. It would be a nice touch to have bedside controls for curtains, mood lighting, and power outlets as well. I would definitely return! The cod location is excellent, with trams and metro nearby!.

We stayed here for 3 nights during a business trip to Melbourne. The location in the center is very convenient and everywhere is busy even late at night. I arrived after midnight after a long journey and was left stranded as the front door was locked and the receptionist was forgetting to move and bustle. Room is small but well equipped and modern. I like the central lighting and shade and good climate controls. There are several shared working areas and gym on the and floors which are nice. Seems more like an upscale student accommodation than a hotel. There is no daily room cleaning.
