By booking and staying, you agree to these terms.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~✦ Important Information~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~>>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking.>>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes.>>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately.Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction.>>No schoolies or toolies permitted.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~✦ Guest Capacity~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~>>The property hosts up to 8 adults comfortably. Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance.>>If more than 8 adults are booked without prior approval, and no response is received to our requests within 30 days of check-in, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~✦ Guest Rules~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~>>Parking is limited: maximum of 4 cars.>>Special requests ( ie extra bedding) must be made 48 hours in advance.>>Last-minute requests incur a $100 setup fee (minimum 2 hours’ notice required).>>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access.>>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.)>>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond.>>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking>>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges.>>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition a
