A wonderful stay at a truly lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly and professional staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable rooms. We loved the french touch. There is only one small thing to consider. Do you really need to play music in elevators and bathrooms? If so, why is it so loud?.

The hotel is beautiful. The bar downstairs was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, and the calamari was delicious. Clean and tidy. The rooms were fine, although i found them a little stuffy. I know its a classic hotel, but the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are old and in need of some updating. The elevators were quick. The a la carte breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Had eggs benny and a latte. Both were very good.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in brumber. I had a wonderful time creating wonderful memories with my daughter. I adored everything, the room, the staff, and the service.

The pool was fantastic, and i will definitely return for the high tea, it looked fantastic. It didnt let me down. One of the concierges recommended coffee anthology for breakfast, and the service was excellent. The most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. Very handy position, directly above the airports train station.

Saya mengunjungi tempat ini pada saat makan siang formal dari panitia kursus. Suasana restoran cukup nyaman dengan pilihan buffet yang sangat beragam. Namun, bagi yang beragama halal, perlu berhati-hati dalam memilih makanan. Pihak restoran telah menulis kandungan setiap menu, seperti yang mengandung wine atau gelatin.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby is very accommodating. The location is great as the train station is right under the property. The staff at the lobby and breakfast place are very friendly and we had great customer service.

A very good threestar hotel, but not five stars because the rooms really need to be upgraded. The king bed was very comfortable, but other loose furniture was old and shabby and the decor desperately needs the help of a good interior designer. Builtin cupboards probably date from the 80 s. Stepping over the bath to access the shower is also outdated and not five star. Our body wash dispenser was empty when we arrived oo la la and if having a bath, it was too high on the wall to reach. The much praised french vibe is not evident here. However, reception staff, ground floor and dining experiences were all excellent. Suzette does her best to project a french thing and generously responded to our special birthday celebration. But after traveling extensively in france, the rooms are definitely Brisbane threestar. We will book elsewhere in the future.

I had a wonderful night away from the kids. The day spa was very accommodating, and the facilities were lovely. The checkin process was simple. The room service arrived sooner than anticipated and had excellent options. The restaurant had a fantastic menu and was wellliked, yet it had enough room to avoid feeling crowded.

The hotel is situated at the central subway station. The subway has an elevator that leads directly to the hotel. Taking the subway from the airport is quite convenient. A rich breakfast, a standard reception at the front desk, and a standard star hotel. There is a swimming pool and a lovely view.

I spent two weeks in three different rooms. I was satisfied with my stay overall. The breakfast staff who handled the buffet were exceptional. There were not many issues during my stay.

We stopped by to have morning tea before our upstairs spa treatments. We had a lovely morning tea and then returned down later for a late lunch. The atmosphere was calm and the staff were amazing. A big thank you to alistair at the bar. He was amazing.

I stayed at the sofitel in bangkok for the first time. We had a great time. The staff who checked us in were very helpful. Check out was also very quick and easy. Will definitely be back next time. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, right next to the train station.

We had a wonderful stay at the sofitel in bangkok. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and warm. Unfortunately, during our 4 day stay, we were unable to use the jacuzzi as it was broken or not warming up.

Early in the month of december, we went there over the weekend. The entire crew was welcoming and courteous, and the foyer had a classy, festive theme. For our brief twonight stay, our room was cozy and immaculate. Queen street mall is a short stroll from the hotel, as well as the train station. The showers location within a bathtub was the only drawback. I will most likely return to stay here after this.

We stayed in a junior king suite for 2 nights. Unfortunately the door broke on the first night and locked us out but the staff were great, kind and considerate of our needs, getting it fixed quickly and making sure we were okay. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay. They were intuitive, great at anticipating needs of their guests and overdelivering in a lovely way. Turn down service was great, delicious food and the room was very spacious and comfortable.
