I have a wonderful time to return. To commemorate my wifes birthday, we stayed here for three nights. I can assure you that despite the high price, we both believed it to be appropriate and a terrific value. Because there arent many rooms, there will always be a few guests. All of the personnel was wonderful and went above and above to accommodate us and our tiny 7 month old. The cabins are stunning. The setting and atmosphere at the restaurant were both fantastic. According to my wife, the day spa would be worthwhile going to from Brisbane to visit, and the grounds are meticulously kept.

The service was exceptional. The spa studio was cozy. The place was wonderful. We stayed for two nights, which included dinner. The highlight was the inside hot tub. I would say the food was good, not great, but we really try to please everyone. Dinner and breakfast are excellent, the staff is also courteous and professional.

The staff is helpful and eager to help with your efforts. The villa is pretty and clean. The bathroom shower is dual and absolutely amazing. There is a very peaceful environment and beautiful gardens. We are very hard to please but we were unable to fault one thing at this retreat. I took my husband on a lovely romantic getaway that felt like a honeymoon. Everyone should check out this location, particularly the spa, which is one of the best weve been to and have visited a lot. Don't take my word just go.

I recommend making reservations in advance if you want to receive a spa treatment while you're there. The villas are lovely and the staff are very helpful.

The retreat itself is tucked away among nature. We stayed at the luxury falls villa. It is well-furnished, although it seems dated and needs to be repaired. The bed is comfortable. A double shower. Small living room and kitchenette. Small fireplace. It has a private outdoor spa that we liked and used daily. The restaurant's food is good, not excellent. The menu reads great, but we felt the execution of some dishes was lacking. Large selection of wines. The option to order breakfast in advance and have it delivered to the villa was appreciated. Concerning customer service, it was a little shaky. Excellent in some areas, but lacking in others. For example, when we checked, the staff helped us carry our luggage to our villa using a golf cart because you can't park nearby. No such offer to transport luggage from villa to vehicle was offered at checkout. The wait staff appeared inexperienced and lacked thought to detail. We did the destruction and waited around 45 minutes for the dessert. Totally unacceptable. Aiden, the restaurant manager, merits special mention because he was fantastic. We prepurchased the bed, breakfast, and dinner package but had to pay more for certain items, including a cheeseball for $20 and sparkling water for 10. This was not explained at all. Overall a nice place to stay, but several aspects could be improved. We love
