We only stayed one night but had enough time to say we would stay again. Great location. A good variety of breakfasts at harrys in the next tower. Helpful staff. The room was well designed with the sliding door option separating the lounge from the bedroom the bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and firm i am picky about pillows! The bathroom was nice and clean. We ended up asking for a late checkout as our flight was in the early evening. Gopi was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Bastian was a nice young man who helped us when we checked in. Couldnt fault our stay.

I am very satisfied with this place. It is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne. The bed in the hotel is very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The surrounding area is very beautiful. It is within walking distance to various places.

The hotel is old and the layout of the room is ok, but still quite clean. Breakfast was very good and the overall value for money was very good. The location is good, in the free zone and convenient for travel.

I would definitely recommend and return here. A fantastic place to stay. The decor felt a bit like you were back in time. Very charming and full of character. I hope they dont renovate and modernize this beautiful hotel, that would be criminal.

The location and rooms are excellent. The room was significantly larger than most other innercity hotels, and the design is a touch antiquated. The breakfast was quite disappointing for us! It was laughable that a fivestar hotel would serve tin pineapple. It was inconvenient that there was no inhouse dining available for supper. The reception staff was friendly, but the rest of the staff needed to be more welcoming and smile. This shouldnt be a fivestar hotel, in my opinion.

The location is excellent, making traveling very convenient. The room has a window, but it is quite dark and lacks illumination. Everything else is satisfactory. If housekeeping is not required, you will receive a $10 credit per day.

I had a good threenight stay. Collins street, a location where big names gather, is emerging from the side door. Traveling is quite convenient thanks to the free zoom bus, which is quite convenient. The variety is a little basic, but theres freshly ground coffee for breakfast, which is sufficient for me.

Fasilitasnya agak ketinggalan jaman, tapi kelebihannya kamarnya besar, lokasinya nyaman untuk kemana-mana di kota, juga dekat dengan Chinatown jadi kami pergi bersama rombongan untuk melihat penyu di Pulau Pyramids. Berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki dari titik pertemuan. Bagus.

Our time at stanford was diverse. The location and personnel with whom we interacted are both excellent. The room was quite antiquated. There are no usb chargers (take your own, and the televisions are too old to watch movies on. For someone 6 feet 2, the shower and bathroom were small. The blackout blinds did a fantastic job of blocking out the outside world, and the bed was really soft and fluffy. It was quite simple to get a good nights sleep. We were pleased with our experience in general for the price we paid.

I stayed here with friends in late March 2023. The rooms were a good size and well equipped. The hotel itself is in a great location, just walking distance to everything and easy access to trams on collins and burke street. Would not have any problem staying here again.

Ukuran rumahnya bagus dan lokasinya sangat bagus, namun kondisi sanitasinya sangat rata-rata dan banyak fasilitas yang rusak. Layanan ini bahkan lebih buruk. Ada banyak ras. Orang asing dapat check-in terlebih dahulu dan check-in terlebih dahulu, orang-orang Tiongkok sedang menunggu.

Pelayanan pelanggan perlu ditingkatkan. Saya menunggu lebih dari 30 menit untuk check-in dan kami dibawa ke lokasi yang salah. Sepertinya kamar kami sudah dibersihkan pada menit-menit terakhir sehingga toilet belum siap dan tidak terasa seperti dari awal.
