This is the best place to stay in perth! Beautiful, spotless room with a really comfortable bed and incredibly newly renovated bathroom with an opulent rain water shower head set. Beautifully soft bathrobes are provided. Everything felt brand new, with impressive art work both inside and outside the rooms. Great breakfast buffet options in the chic bar and restaurant area. Wellappointed and conveniently located in town for easy access to shops, bars, and cafes, as well as the free black cat buses that are just outside our door. We will undoubtedly return.

When there was a sudden power outage at our house, we came across this hotel. We did scout for accomodation because we couldnt stay at home during the summer heatwave. This hotel caught our attention on our search because it appeared to be relatively new and modern, had positive reviews, and had comparatively affordable prices, which was an important plus. The large artwork by artist matt adornate that was displayed throughout the hotel was simply admirable. Paintings that are truly unique and perfectly executed. Modern rooms and bathrooms and fixtures, spotless beds and fivestar pillows, daily housekeeping and bath towels, hand towels and face towels are all replaced every day. These days, that is so rare. Our family of four was pleased with the simple spread and contemporary 'havana style decor and atmosphere. It was reasonably priced for the buffet breakfast, but our family group of 4 enjoyed it. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes are scattered around the area. Oh, also, room service! We were hungry after 9 p. M. So we could only order the after hours menu,which was small in comparison to normal hours. However, the three dishes we ordered were absolutely fantastic! Everyone was taken ecstatic. I had fun staying here and will definitely be back. Thank you, christina and Raymond victor.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it convenient for shopping. There are numerous restaurants nearby, including western, japanese, and other cuisines. The staff has a great attitude towards providing excellent service, the rooms are tidy, etc. It is quite handy.

This is a nice new hotel. The staff was excellent. My main observation is that this is not rated as if it is 4 stars, but rather compared to what is advertised. Breakfast really needs improvement too. But its ok and i recommend it.

We loved the art and watched the short documentary about how the artist got started in the series. We also loved restaurants and the poolside bar - we stayed there all evening and had a great time! Although you have to go off the street behind us, we found parking to be good.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean, offering utmost convenience. We were pleasantly surprised to witness an amazing view from the 16th floor. However, the pool may be tinier and somewhat shaded at night. Overall, this hotel offers optimum location, providing easy access to everything you need. Moreover, utilizing the short walk to the station adds to its convenience, making it an ideal choice for those seeking convenience in the bustling city.

This place is an amazing hidden gem near the action. The hotel name is a true gem. Excellent service, very comfortable beds and beautiful artwork as per the hotels name. If you can, i would recommend if you have the chance to view the sunsets from twilight and preferably occupy opulent floors. Another recommendation is to take your time and enjoy the art on all floors unless you are granted accesslevel one is also excellent for swimming.

After a tiring 7hour journey from australia, i needed an early checkin. The front desk staff was accommodating and easily accommodated me for an earlier check in. I relished the view from my room, the amazing amenities, and facilities, which helped me unwind after sweltering evening.

We had to travel to the city for the weekend. This was a reasonably priced, central location. The personnel were helpful and kind. On our final morning, we also reserved breakfast. For the price we paid, the full breakfast was excellent. I couldnt have asked for more. There was trouble parking. It is pricey, as the one suggested. We parked in the council car park next door. Half the cost. Already, friends have been contacted by us. If we return to town, i believe we will be back.

Excellent modern hotel. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was conveniently located in cbd, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Our room had a lovely view of the city. Friendly and efficient service. Would stay here again.

The room was spotless and had a really comfortable bed for our twonight stay. It was adequate for securing everything we needed for an extended stay, but it wasnt anything extraordinary, and i was actually anticipating more for the price we paid. We made our reservation through accor, however, the hotel did not keep records of our purchases, which included remuneration for $50 for food and beverages and another complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There were many restaurants and shops nearby, making it conveniently located in opulent surroundings.

The room was very nice, but given its size it could have used a lounge or some lounge chairs. For idly hotel rooms of this size, having tinier chairs was not what ive expected. The restaurant menus depend on the chef. We had dinner on friday night and the food was delicious. On Saturday night we had the same dishes but they were not as good as on Friday night. Staff were very good.

Its a really nice hotel. It was better than i had anticipated. Ive been considering staying at this hotel since it opened, but ive only recently done so. The room has lovely, large windows. Feels good. Shower room is pleasant. Shampoo and conditioner, an appells product, were my favorites. Nicely designed pub restaurant and pool area. Although there wasnt much choice, ill have stayed here for breakfast. There are nice croissants, fresh fruit, and cereal with sliced almonds. Sitting there is comfortable and pleasant to sit in. Like if its reminiscent of opulent cafe that overlooks the pool and bar. Overall, its just ok.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center. It is very close to the urban pedestrian street, pier, and shopping mall, as well as many restaurants nearby. Pretty good, nothing particularly surprising.

Weve stayed at the adnate five times, and we are always happy with the service. The staff is always so attentive and friendly. As an artist myself, i enjoy and frequently read the books that are in the hotel and in our rooms. Such s tasty touch. Also, the short documentary provides insight into the local artist who painted the building. Which ive loved! I stay for business and more recently with my family for ten weeks last christmas and he spent the weekend with his entire family. It is delicious food. Both the cocktails and the bartenders are excellent. We frequently stay here because the room sizes are ideal for us as if we were bringing ages and feel very at home. Everything we ask is provided, but the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we get what we need. Well be back soon.

This place has a great location, its close to Elizabeth quay. We took an uba for 8 to 9 dollars, but it would take 8 minutes to walk because of the traffic very close by. In comparison to other 5star hotels, this one was not rated five stars. There were some amenities that the hotel did not offer, such as the very limited afterhour room service menu only pizza and ham cheese sam or small curry. Beware when purchasing bottled beverages for $6 you only get half sized cans of coke. The room was very clean, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable, however, it is not my choice 5 stars in my opinion. Five stars, in our opinion, are luxurious fitting there are no knives or forks or spoons. Or alcohol in the mini fridge. View from the room went well. No peanuts, chocolate, or chips. Very good 11 am checkout time. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at the adnate was fantastic, with friendly staff, ideally situated, and pristine rooms. What more could you want? I also enjoyed the art work that was displayed around the hotel. If we return to perth, we will most definitely stay there again.
