Staff were polite rooms are what you pay for I guess. Difficult to access was lucky a staff member had just come out the rear access door to let me in.

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppich dreckig und kaputt. Es riecht muffig im Zimmer. Fenster im Bad konnte man nicht schließen. Es sollte dringend renoviert werden.

I loved the food, and the staff were absolutely first class. the rooms are a bit dated but nothing a bit of a revamp couldn't fix. the lack of parking onsite was a bother as I couldn't keep an eye on my tools luckily nothing happened to them but having it in the back of my mind wasn't great. they have obviously been spending money to bring it back up and would love to see the end result when they finish upgrading

Ac unit was on floor level. Power points not near beds so phone charging very inconvenient. Every service was an extra cost even blankets. No drinking glasses. Staff were great. Had to chase up wifi password at bar.

Manager is ignorant man. Rough unsophisticated lacking manners. Screamed at me when i took the wrong door when exiting hotel. Gave me the worst room ever ,even though all other rooms seem to be available st the time. Bedding is bad, spring loaded mattress. Awful wouldn't rate 1 star.

Absolutely the worst stay ever! Completely unacceptable behaviour all round! Firstly when I went to check in I was told I had no booking and that I would have to pay again! I continued to try to prove that I’d paid showing receipts and all and was still told no not good enough as it haven't come through on her end. Finally she allowed us to go up to our room. All night up to and after 2inmorn people were coming up and down in and out of rooms ect slamming doors. Then on exit the next morning I receive an email from the hotel stating I have not paid. I need to reimburse and I’ve STOLEN a blanket.😡 absolutely gobsmacked, rude.

Very old and unkept property. Rooms akin to hotel in Calcutta!! Taps falling apart, no power point for kettle, noise levels high from drug affected neighbours. Whole place just horrible!!
