Please empty the kitchen bin on departure. The green bin is located outside the garage.
If you are staying midweek, we would be super grateful if could please put the rubbish bin out Tuesday night for early Wednesday morning pickup.

PARTIES
Please be aware this is not a PARTY house therefore there should not be any PARTIES.
It is important to respect our neighbours and keep the locals happy. They do tend to contact us when concerns arise!
DAMAGE
Please report any damage even if it’s minor. We need to know so we can fix it for future guests.
Excessive damage or breakage may require some compensation by guests.
Please treat our home with love and care like it is your own!
SAFETY AND CHILDREN
To ensure the safety of children, they should not play on the stairs.
Children must be supervised when on the balcony. If children are present, furniture must be kept away from the balustrades by one metre to ensure that they are not used as inadvertent ladders. Guests agree that by booking this venue that they agree to take full responsibility for supervising all children.
CLEANING AND LINEN
The fee you pay per booking is a linen and cleaning fee. This is the price set by our cleaner who looks after our home, washes all linen and ensures the cleanliness of the house before and after your stay. Whilst we do not expect you to clean, it would be appreciated if you could leave the house tidy and return all items to their correct place before leaving. Thanks!
SECURITY BOND
After booking confirmation, if requested by the host, the guest, in some instances, may be asked for a security deposit for bond up to $1000 or $500 per person (for example- school leavers) and a government approved ID prior to checkin. The bond will be refunded within the week and after the house has been inspected for damage.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged for repairs. Extra cleaning fees of $35 per hour will be charged for cleaning up mess left by animals and cigarette butts left on the lawn or premises . This is a non-smoking home.
