This hotel is located near the train station and very close to the city center. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They also have a fridge and tea making facilities. The staff is very pleasant and they are very helpful. We have stayed here many times. It can be noisy outside, but it is safe and I would recommend it.

The location is excellent, in the middle of King's Cross, and the train station is essentially next door to the store. There are numerous stores and restaurants close by. There are no frills, but the rooms are clean and affordable, and the staff is welcoming. I would return to this place.

Overall, the king's hotel is perfect in every way, with just the employees being so honest in your internet blurb. The hotel is simple, but clean, and the manager helped us carry an ekg suitcase up two flights of stairs with a willing smile, the air conditioning works, the fridge works, not too noisy for a city hotel, I have to say the room is simple but the beds are clean and the linens are well laundered the kettle, tea, and milk are a welcome plus. Towels are fluffy and clean. I can't and will not criticize the room, persons, location, and price, it's a credit to the owner that a standard has been clearly set and maintained. I appreciate it and thanks for your very honest description. Very refreshing.
