This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the city, but not too close, which is ideal if you need to get to the airport. Tram stop right in front of the building. The rooms are very nice, with fantastic views of the city and parkland, love the art in the room corridors, and a pleasant relaxing area in the entrance. Has a wonderful restaurant with a wide selection of breakfast and lunch menus.

Overall, a great hotel that I have stayed a half dozen times and have always been happy. Excellent distance to airport and city. vibrant hotel. Friendliness from staff. Lots of space in public spaces and rooms. Well-appointed rooms. Environmentally conscious practices. Parking at reasonable prices.

Although not in the free zone, the hotel is in a great location for public transportation. The receptionists were helpful. The room was ok, and we had a good time. Although it wasn't ideal, you wouldn't even need to go out on a rainy day with tired kids to get there. The room was comfortable at first. The room wasn't as tidy as anticipated on closer examination. The bed's linens had a lot of stains, one of the pillow covers likely made up for the black stains that were one of the towels had black stains. One day we returned to plates, cutlery, and mugs that were clearly just washed and not washed. Which made us wonder if we had eaten from filthy plates the days before. The front desk quickly resolved the issue, providing us with clean plates and other items. The cleaning staff looked more and more subpar day after day. The first few days were good. But then they forgot to provide us with new toilet paper, took our towels despite our efforts to keep them and didn't give us enough new towels, wiped the dishes, created the top layer of the bed but the inner layer was curled in the bottom etc. According to the front desk, the cleaning team was understaffed. Which we can understand and that's why we didn't complain other than the filthy

Just like many 4 star hotels. It's clean and orderly but it's very sterile. The only difference is that every art work on the wall was done by the same artist. The cleanness and order were nice but felt a little uninterested.

The price that I got was worth what I paid here. So comfortable and clean. And then the bathroom was so relaxing. After that, the restaurant here served good breakfast. Subsequently, the bed is comfortable and clean.
