The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail was fantastic. It was my partner's birthday on the day we checked in, and the staff, out of their own, delivered a beautifully decorated dessert and a handwritten birthday card to our room.

Our stay at The Star Brisbane was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful, modern property and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel offers everything you could want in one place…multiple excellent restaurants, stylish bars and lounges, a vibrant casino, and stunning pool areas that make it easy to spend an entire day relaxing. The location is another huge plus. It’s within easy walking distance of South Bank, Queen Street Mall, and plenty of Brisbane’s top attractions, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. We loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel with amazing amenities and a prime location, The Star Brisbane is an easy 10/10. Highly recommend!

A new hotel consisting of 2 towers separated by an arrival road. I attended a conference. The event centre was spacious and easy to get around. Level 4 has several dining venues. I eat in the Dark Shepherd - excellent food. The river View King room was comfortable and adequate, but not spacious. My partner used the pool - v nice. A great hotel right in the CBD.

Toller Aufenthalt im The Star Grand Brisbane.

The Star Grand is a beautiful hotel. The room was amazing facing onto the river and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The amenities here are fantastic. The pool area is 5 ⭐️with an amazing view of Southbank. Love that you can access the Skydeck easily and enjoy all that the Star Grand has to offer. Great location, walkable to everything.

We were upgraded for free to the river view and what a view it was. The room and bathroom are huge! Great amenities. We loved the two pools, sauna/steam room and having access to everything in the city south bank was so easy. $45 a night for parking seems very reasonable. Staff were very helpful! Would stay here happily again if we have a special event or occasion.

Stayed here for a couple of nights celebrating a friends wedding, not a single note that could make this less than a 10/10. Infinite options of amenities restaurants and bars. Stunning location and beautiful finishing. Hopefully will be back in the future.
