The location is very close to tram, cavel ave and the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is spacious, beds clean, kitchen, decent size fridge, all cooking utensils, block out blinds, wifi is good, air conditioning and fans, secure doors, super clean bbq near the pool, slide in pool for kids, nice river view from several windows, lots of attractions from the river walk right out back. Downside only have one sheet, no doona and extra bed paid for wasnt set up had to make it ourselves. Spa rooms, spa rooms are outdated and not very clean so didnt want to use them. Great location if you want go out not unless you need sleep because you can hear everything above us and next to us. Paid for parking went out to dinner and came back to no park, had car parking elsewhere and walk to hotel at night. Toilet smells very bad and need to be replaced. For the star rating it is as expected, but i would make much better with fewer small maintenance jobs.4,8/516 Okt 2023

The hotel is located in a great location right near camill aviary. The rooms are old and havent changed since the building was built. They are spacious. Cleanliness was okay. But the noise is the problem! We were on level 1 and it sounded like someone was rubbing the floor boards at 11 pm. It was more likely the spa from upstairs, but it was very noisy. Road noise also isn't great, its not as loud as previous noise. If you want id like yelling for utmost peace of mind, maybe stay somewhere else.4,8/525 Sep 2023

Excellent facilities and pricing. The bedroom was located down three stairs, followed by the bathroom, which had an amazing spa, and then down four stairs to the kitchen and lounge area, all of which were conveniently located near everything, with friendly service and ample parking. The location of the apartments was perfect, but for the price, the old fixtures and peeling wallpaper made me feel that i wasnt getting the best value for money. Staff were friendly and it was great to have onsite parking available.4,6/523 Agt 2024

We stayed for one night. The location is perfect, near everything. A bonus was the view over the river. Our twobedroom apartment was perfect on the third floor. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Blankets were available in the cupboards if needed. Would definitely stay again.4,6/58 Feb 2024

We had a great time during our stay here. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and have sweeping views. There is onsite spa and pool facilities. We are also very grateful that we were able to secure securing ten parking spots.4,6/53 Des 2023

I assume the female onsite manager was fantastic, the room was spacious, and the location was excellent. I loved that you could watch streaming channels from your own account. The pool was too cold to enter, but it was a great size, although only children could use the slide. However, i would get new cleaners 100% of the time, not just because they walk into the rooms in the morning without knocking while you are changing.4,6/529 Okt 2023

Parking was excellent, but there is a fee for each night you stay. Price is fair. Pool is great for families. Our room was spacious but tattered. We also couldnt locate the kitchen sink plug. Dishwasher is not worth using. Does not clean dishes. Walking distance from surfers paradise and close to amenities and shops. When parking is included in your accommodation and there are no parks available, it can be a bit of hiccup reception directed us to pay parking across the street.
