The rooms are not terrible, but old and definitely not a fourstar hotel as claimed. Housekeeping came on the first day and changed the bathmat and toilet paper, but left everything else untouched. Great location, conveniently located directly across from Harris farm and just a few minutes from Kings Cross station. If they have such minimal service, they should at least let customers know during checkin.

In comparison to other overpriced hotels, this place has a good location, good service, and decent rooms for the price. The top level balcony in room 468 is the best feature.

Very good experience. The staff is very nice, the manager is great, and the rooms are very clean. The bed was a bit saggy and we rolled into each other a bit, but it was still very comfortable. Very reasonable for the price.

Potts point central was in the perfect location for us. The manager and housekeeping staff are amazing people who were always professional but treated us like family. We couldnt fault them and highly recommend this accommodation.

The location of the hotel is good. The balcony is beautiful with a nice view of the city. Noisy, the cheaper studios on the first floor are small, you can hear footsteps and the elevator opening.

I will definitely try to return there because it was a great place to stay overall. Gerry was fantastic and made every effort to assist in any way possible. Unfortunately, the young receptionist was less helpful and not very efficient, but with experience, she might have improved her skills. The location was excellent, with shops, food, and transportation close by. The only two things that restored the stars in terms of rooms and service were the late cleaning, which caused us to get our rooms well after 3 p. M., and the broken air conditioning, which failed over the weekend, resulting in two days of warmer rooms.

Strongly recommended. Excellent location, with the opera house within a 2 km walk, or literally directly next to the train station for convenience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and it was immaculate. Laundry facilities are available for free use only you need to purchase powder / pods. Our basic studio room was quite large compared to other city apartments weve stayed in, and it had everything we needed to prepare meals in the evenings after a tiring day in the city.

I stayed here with my partner for 12 nights in a studio deluxe room. It took a long time for our room to be ready, but it is what it is. Jerry was kind enough to get our room ready as soon as possible. The area is quiet but close to public transport and good food. The room provided enough food for me to cook, which i am very happy about. The bed was too soft for my partner, but upgraded to me. The room felt quite comfortable to me, like home, but kind of not really home. Love that. The couch in our room was dangerously comfortable. I would sit down with my partner and watch a video or something with his laptop and blam! I wake up with my drool on my face and hand. Absolutely dangerous couch for me and him. The only thing is that the shower section had a deeper floor or something to protect the rest of the bathroom from the water splash. The bathroom rug is provided yes, but it stinks that it has to be changed almost daily. If i could write a whole other review about jr. Jerry, i would. Hes great, he brings a lot of chill and good vibes to the hotel. If i werent so socially awkward, i would love to talk to him. His attitude is very likeable. Whoever is the boss of him, dont let him go, hes as good as gold.

Always my top pick. Clean, tidy rooms with enough space for two people. The service from gerry has been excellent on previous occasions, including last, particularly with short notice stays and variable departure dates.

Where else is it possible to enjoy a champagne and obtain your fresh fruit and essential ingredients? Combine that with a room with a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, jug, and toaster, and you have the ideal setup for an inhouse food festival. Oh, and potts point central hotel apartments is located right in the middle of kings cross, the train station, pharmacies, supermarkets, and a large number of cafes and hair salons. Whats not to like? Excellent staff, great rooms, and always clean.

I am grateful for a wonderful stay. On his trips to Sydney, my dad has been staying here, and i finally joined him and completely understand why he loves it. Excellent service, lovely rooms, and a lovely balcony.

We stayed here for a couple nights and it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were the perfect size for our needs and there was access to a rooftop terrace which was a nice treat. We were well taken care of and the staff were friendly. The quiet space on the terrace is highly valued and there were many people staying here when we visited. 5 stars from me!.

From the moment i arrived until i left, i was in awe of this place. Nothing was an issue with the excellent service provided by the entire team, including the receptionists, manager, franco deepali, and all the cleaning crew. The room was spotless, and the bed was cozy. The nighttime balcony was fantastic. You could prepare your own meals instead of constantly eating out. Excellent location near a private hospital. I would suggest staying at the sydney potts point central hotel. We will return. A onestar rating.

I have returned to my review to make it clear the review below is not a 'catfishing, but a genuine response to my stay. I cant comment on anyone elses experiences and i respectfully suggest that references to other reviews are not made when writing a review. After all, it says, Share more about your experience. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Close to the city and public transport. The great advantage is that the rooms have cooking facilities if you dont want to eat out. The deck on the 4th floor allows you to relax in the fresh air without having to leave the building. As you would expect, the buildings are not very far apart, so outside noise with residents leaving and coming can be annoying for some, but overall the advantages outweigh any drawbacks. A comfortable stay.

We have stayed in a few hotels around the area but since staying at the pots point central hotel, we have stopped looking elsewhere. We returned here for a second round of treatment and will be returning for the next few weeks of treatment. Jerry is one of those genuine people who has empathy and nothing is too much trouble. Due to nearby medical appointments, we have had to stay frequently. Always greeted and cared for. There are many excellent restaurants just a short stroll away. The common area and some rooms have fantastic views.
