We are very impressed. The unit we stayed is a new renovated unit as it looked different to those shown in the hotel’s AD. Modern renovation with classy furnitures, decoration, kitchen housewares, cossy bedding, …. We particularly like the thoughtfulness of the provision of a water jug with filter, color matched pegs (!), plenty of toilet rolls, …. The building is in a superb location - closed to the esplanade & tram station. Really we can’t ask for more.

I booked the ring date old was good about changing it for me unit was clean good views an being so close to everything was good the only thing I can fault the place would be the shower head I’m not a big fan of the water saver ones apart from that for the price it was a top place an I would definitely stay there again 👌

Fantastic location, Just a short walk into heart of Surfers, beach and tram stops. Apartment was clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and stay was great value too.

My sister and I only had a one night stay for a family get together. We were delighted with the comfort of the beds and cleanliness of our apartment. The apartment is so handy to beach,shops and restaurants. We will be back.

Everything was great! The owner is a lovely helpful man and the location is perfect. A short walk to the beach and not much further on are the shops and restaurants.

Overall location and condition of the apartment was excellent. Staff were very friendly and it had all we needed for our week long stay. The only downside was the unit wasn’t ready on check-in so we had to wait an extra 2 hours before we had the room. Aside from that, we were very happy with our stay

Nice updated apartment in a good location. The finishing touches on the update of the room looked like it was done by not tradespeople but for what we wanted which was a bed, washing machine, couch to relax on and a hot shower was good.

Within walking distance to everything, beach, shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to accomodate your needs. Great views of the beach. Car parking space was great too. Would definitely stay again.
