The kitchen was decent, the checkin process was simple, and the location was excellent. The room required air conditioning or at least a pedestal fan. The temperature in the room was quite warm, even though it was a low 30 s day. Many thanks!.

Saya membaca beberapa komentar buruk di aplikasi dan sedikit khawatir bahwa tempat itu tidak sesuai. Justru sebaliknya! Kamar pribadi sangat nyaman dan bersih, hostel ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat bagus dan segala fasilitas (mesin cuci, dapur, wifi). Satu-satunya hal yang dapat saya sorot adalah tidak ada lift, tetapi kamar saya berada di lantai satu, jadi tidak masalah bagi saya, tetapi jika Anda sampai di lantai 3, bersiaplah untuk membawa koper Anda. Segala sesuatu yang lain sangat bagus.

The price is reasonable for a oneroom apartment. The tv is big. There are so many books to read in the guest area on the ground floor. The old man was nice to me. Check out time is at 10 am which i think is too early for me. Not a bad hotel at all.

I visited from september 18 to 21, 2024. Since this is a hostel, i have no issues. However, considering the location, which is only a short distance from the train station, it is excellent to be able to find halte bus, cat bus, and woolworths. Additionally, the first floor of floor g 1 is quiet, which is a nice feature. The first floor has a sizable common area with numerous couches. Its wonderful that we can interact with others because the room is only there to sleep and secure our bags. The toilet and shower are also spotless, however, they should provide us with additional space, such as a shelf in the wastafel area, so that we can place our belongings, makeup, etc., on the shelf. However, it would be preferable if there was a bidet.

Saya tinggal di asrama khusus perempuan. Kamarnya cukup untuk sembilan orang dengan empat tempat tidur susun dan satu tempat tidur single. This place is a nice comfortable place at a reasonable price. The checkin time is only until 8.30 pm, and the staff gives you a code for entry, which is good for security and safety. Its very convenient for the city center, train and bus stations. There is a nice cafe opposite the reception serving good food and drinks.

I was skeptical when i made my reservation, but i was pleasantly surprised by this place! Its a great value and definitely worth the money for the location and convenience. I had a great time staying here, no issues with a late checkin time, and i felt very comfortable the entire time. The security is good, and the rooms have everything you need, except a kitchen! Definitely exceeded my expectations and im very happy with akara perema. A hidden gem in the heart of perths city. An excellent choice for my first time staying here!.

AC baru saja dipasang di semua kamar. Namun, harganya tidak bervariasi dari kamar untuk 4 orang hingga kamar untuk 10 orang, harganya sama, jadi tidak masuk akal. The location is good, the public area is clean and tidy. The balcony is good. You like to stay in a not too busy accommodation, thats a good choice, but a bit noisy because of the near train station. Could hear trains running. Historic buildings, something old.

I would definitely stay at this hostel again, especially because of the location and the staff. I spent ten nights there and felt very comfortable! Its an old but very nice place. The floor creaks and yes, there is no elevator, but thats part of the charm. The staff are very nice and helpful! The bathrooms are always thoroughly cleaned and the rooms checked. The mattress protector was even changed during my stay, something i have never experienced in any other hostel. Unfortunately the kitchen and dining area are sometimes a bit dirty or dirty, but this is unfortunately due to other guests who somehow dont try. During my stay there were many french people as well as guests from other countries.
