The most relaxing place we have ever been to. During our trip from the Netherlands to Italy, I stayed at a fantastic traditional family hotel in Austria with very kind staff. The hotel's health facilities were good. The quality of service here was very good, particularly when we were staying at this hotel.

The family-style hotel was so amazing with both food and a spa. Kids stayed there. The suites on the top floor were quite nice.

I am disappointed with this place. The first entry here was written by Alpenrose Bow, because there was a typo in the name of this hotel. Just to say that this is one of the larger hotels in shrunk I have never stayed at other hotels, but I saw them on my way through the village, but the staff is really friendly and you still feel like a valued guest rather than a random number. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the check-out process went smoothly. I remained in one of the side-wing apartments, and as far as I've heard and read about the main structure, this is the notsonice area. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and modern bathrooms, but the living room furniture looked outdated and lived, and the only glass door that couldn't be locked was the toilet door, which can cause some awkwardness if you're sharing it with 4 people you're not familiar with. Our apartments mattresses were quite hard, and some of the bed linens were a little threadbare, but it was o. I. For a brief stay. Our outhouse's hallway was filled with some seriously stinking think mold and mothballs carpet, which made me hold my breath every time. Despite these minor complaints, I had a wonderful time and would return trying to get a room in the main building. I can

Starting with the negative. What is it not to like? We woke up before breakfast opened due to the lack of blackout curtains. A little unfortunate. Another thing to keep in mind is that many hotel guests enjoy smoking. This is offered not only on the balcony of the room, but also in the bar area. For nonsmokers, it made the bar not very welcoming. Ok, that's all said and done, there's a lot to love. Excellent location, free parking, and very friendly staff. Excellent half board at a nice restaurant is definitely worth considering, providing an unusual touch with cooked to order eggs. The sauna area is not the biggest, but it is nice and spacious. The surrounding region offers a variety of options for walking, hiking, and mountain biking. Both the accommodations and the eatery were spotlessly clean. Overall, a restaurant I can definitely recommend.

Excellent service, nice facilities, and beautiful scenery. The massage I received with Christina was also of 5 stars. The personnel went above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The only drawback is that smoking is still permitted in the bar area, so we avoided it which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise it was perfect. There are pleasant bike routes in and around the area, and even though the gondolas were closed, we made it up the mountain and received some of the best views.
