We chose the apartment am zwolferkogel for our skiing holiday in Saalbach hinterglemm based on the location, the size of the apartment 5 separate rooms and especially because there was a sauna in the apartment. We were a group of 8 people from Finland plus 2 austrian friends visiting us and having a sauna available after the day on the slopes means a lot to us. We expected to be able to use the sauna whenever we wanted. That's the way you have saunas in different apartments or cabins all over unless stated otherwise. Sauna use was restricted to 4 hours between 16 and 20 clocks and we were not informed about it. During the first days the sauna worked only for 2 hours. We were a group of 810 people 34 couples and it is impossible to manage sauna in 2 hours for that many people. We asked about the use of the sauna by the family who run the business. It wasn't said anywhere on the website or in the confirmation. If we knew about it, we would likely have chosen another accommodation or better prepared. The family told us that it was normal that using the sauna is restricted, and that we should have been able to use it to use the sauna when it stops running at 16, you will not be able to warm it up by 16 you ski as long as you want, you must go shopping, eat, etc. The family claimed
