The staff was very friendly and kind. But sometimes hard to find. Breakfast was delicious and the best part of the hotel. Quick access to train and city center. Negatives wifi didnt work well, shower didn't function, room old and dusty. Not the cleanest hotel

This hotel offers excellent value for the money. It provided spacious and clean rooms within a 6minute walk from the station, with comfortable and soft beds. The breakfast buffet offered both cold and warm dishes (eggs, bacon, bread, cereals or juices etc.). The hotel featured primarily incredibly silent and efficient air conditioning in the rooms, which was good on hot days and so quiet that i didnt even notice it during the night and slept soundly! Would undoubtedly return.

I will stay there again when i return to Salzburg and am very happy with this hotel. This hotel is excellent! I travel to Europe every year, and this was one of my alltime favorite hotels. I spent two full weeks here. The personnel are incredibly kind and accommodating. It was the best breakfast buffet ive ever had in all of europe. There were cozy rooms. Excellent location, just a short stroll from the train station to the old town, 2 blocks away.

The location is close to the station in Salzburg but also within walking distance. The service is good with a good breakfast. Very good place if you want to stay near the train station and also walk from the city.

This hotel is not fancy. They had actual doors keys and even keys to turn on or off the air conditioner. The room was quite spacious and had plenty of storage space. Although the shower was a strange spaceshiplooking thing that looked like it was very small, especially for us larger americans, the bathroom was outdated but functional. Also, there were no door do not disturb placards so people made up our room when we would have liked them to have. Breakfast was fairly decent and the location was an easy walk from the city center - its location is probably the best thing about it! It was also pretty quiet. This may now be our first choice for reentertainment, but we wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is conveniently situated between the train station and city attractions, in a peaceful and clean residential area. There are many nearby restaurants. The pillows in this hotel are flat and useless, and the towels are thin and worthless. Breakfast was terrible and poorly managed.

I would stay again. Very comfortable beds, although an extra pillow would have been nice. Clean and a great shower. Good location for mirabell palace if you want to walk to the old town, but not bad. Breakfast was adequate.

The location is good, close to the river and old city. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast is not special, but all the products are fresh and delicious. They only serve black coffee and tea. Staff are very friendly and polite!.
