Please note that in winter check-in after 16:30 is not possible.Please also note that in winter, the hotel can only be reached with the Gerlosstein Cable Car. The fee for the cable car is EUR 9 each person one way. No fee for ski pass holders. Parking is available next to the valley station of the cable car. Operating hours are 08:30 to 16:30. The ticket for the cable car is not included in the rate.Please note that in the summer, a fee of EUR 10 (1 ride uphill and downhill) is necessary to access the road (gravel road, single track, partly asphalted).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
