I was not at all sure what to anticipate, looking at previous comments. I can only assume some people are reviewing a different hotel, so I shouldn't have worried. We arrived at 8 p.m. late. Families that run the motel gave a genuinely welcoming greeting. Instead of the normally cold salad, we were told not to be in a hurry, but to arrive at the restaurant when you're ready for a completely cooked meal. The cuisine has been excellent all week. Breakfast included an excellent selection of cereal, fresh fruit salad, and whole fruits. Bread, continental options, and breads. Each morning, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. Generally excellent. Excellent vegetarian options and delicious meat dishes. Mostly recipes for local pork and beef. We had a wonderful bedroom. There was a lot of room with plenty of storage, a balcony, a tiny table, and chairs. A bathtub with a shower. Everything functioned well and was exceptionally clean. The room was beautifully decorated, extremely spotless, and aesthetically pleasing. The other 2 rooms our group used were also excellent. The best lift up, The Flechtalmbahn, is just behind the parking lot. Buses run to the minute, every 3045 minutes, and it takes around 510 minutes to get there. A minibus takes about 89 am and 45 pm. This hotel is fantastic. It is comfortable, clean, and the staff is very friendly. The food is great, as is the service from the waiters, especially alex! The spa facility is impressive and much needed after a hard day on the slopes. I would love to come back!.

This is our third time staying at The Brunogerhof. It was wonderful to find things as we had left them in 2019 after a three-year break from skiing due to COVID. After a very early start to our day, they recently installed an elevator. This time, our room was absolutely large, very clean and comfortable. It's unfortunate that we didn't have more time to spend there after skiing and using the wonderful wellness center. The staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel after many visits to Kitzbühel. We would never hesitate to approach this hotel again because it only has 31 rooms. The hotel has a beautiful spa that we used to our advantage. The convenient location close to the Schwartz Lake made it ideal for winter walks as a nearby train stop is only a five-minute walk away. The staff is amazing and absolutely does their job very well, from supplying another dish at breakfast to printing our boarding passes.

I'm looking forward to returning. I wasn't sure what to anticipate after reading previous feedback. I don't need to be concerned, I can only speculate that some people might have been reviewing a different hotel. We got there late at 8.30 p.m. The family-run motel gave a friendly welcome. Instead of the typical cold salad, we were instructed not to rush and to get to the restaurant when you're ready to eat fully. The cuisine has been excellent throughout the week. At breakfast, we had a good selection of cereal, fresh fruit salad, or whole fruits. Good choices of breads and continental. Every morning, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. Always warm, attentive service. As a portion of a fivecourse meal, we would have to choose one main meal out of three for the evening. Wonderful again. Excellent vegetarian options and fantastic meat dishes. primarily regional pork and beef recipes. We had a fantastic bedroom. Numerous rooms with plenty of storage space, a balcony, and a small table and chairs. Bathroom with a shower. Everything worked well and was thoroughly clean. Its possible. However, nobody complained that we Brits wore swim trunks because it was taking all the trash for the sake of a brandnew. The best lift up, The Flankalmbahn, stops right in the garage. Buses run
