Bon séjour, mais le terme 5 étoiles est un peu exagéré, car les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, (il faisait plus de 30 degrés, dans la chambre durant la nuit, pas de fruits dans la chambre par exemple non-plus, d'autre part, attention, malheureusement, le forfait 2 jours, 21 euros, pour les téléphériques et autres, n'est pas inclus, c'est vraiment dommage, car un aller retour, en bas, à Lech, vous revient déjà à 20 euros, pour 2 personnes, alors que tout cela est inclus dans beaucoup de station en été. Par contre, formule demi pension, très bien, avec la formule choix, à la carte, pour 40 euros. Nous avons globalement été contents.

In a very relaxed atmosphere, this is the ideal place to escape for the winter and summer. The staff is very friendly and provides friendly service. The chef of Austria for 2021 cooks very well. A ski area, a spa, and a fitness room.

We cannot express how highly we value the hospitality and service of this great gem called the Burg Vital. Yes, it is a bit more costly but well worth it. When it comes to your overall well-being, the staff goes above and beyond. When you enter the lobby, the hotel is incredibly comfortable and creates a homey ambiance. The restaurant manager, Holler, is always available to assist with any problems. We made reservations for this month of July so quickly in January and April. Every plate that crosses your table is a work of art created by Mathis Pollut, the chef. Until July, I look forward to all of these things.

The burg vital team did an amazing job even though I was not expecting that as a returning guest, they just surpassed my expectations and raised their standards to the point where they provided personalised service to everyone in the hotel. From the moment you enter, you immediately feel at home. I can only attribute my highest praise to this little piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful week at Burg vital. The hotel is beautifully furnished and has a very warm, inviting, and cozy ambiance. The cuisine is fantastic, and a lot of effort is made to provide a new menu every night. We thoroughly enjoyed spending some time in the lovely lounge after dinner listening to live piano music. The rooms are beautiful, nicely decorated, and the beds are great. The service is impeccable, from the super friendly ladies at reception to the restaurant staff to the managers. Nothing was too much, and I appreciate the extra care and service given to us special dietary requirements for our daughter, late checkout, helping with walking equipment, etc. We'll definitely be back, as this is truly a truly memorable location!.

We had waited years to book this lovely hotel for our half-term ski vacation and it did not disappoint. Great, spacious rooms, delicious food, and first rate service. The concierge got us a guide on time even though all the ski schools told us there wasn't one available. Nothing was too much trouble for any employee. Thank you, particularly, to the sommelier who never messed up. It's a top-notch hotel in a great ski resort. Can't wait to come back!
