This hotel offers excellent value for the price, conveniently located near the metro station and close to main street. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. Coffee and tea in the lobby are included, as is the receptionist. We appreciate you keeping our bags safe before we check in.

The carpet in our room was stained and there was an odd smell in the room. We were able to keep the window open which helped. Overall a great place to stay with excellent service.

Everything is brand new, clean and the room is spacious. The lobby has tea and coffee available 24 hours a day. Very good location. Although the receptionist was tad bored, it was fine. Its better not to pay for breakfast because there is i very nice boulanger nearby.

Excellent hotel in the center of Stephanplatz! The metro and st. Stephan cathedral are both about three minutes walk from this hotel. We chose to have the hotel breakfast because we checked in on christmas day and were uncertain if anything was open. To our surprise, there was a decent selection available at the buffet, including hot and cold options, fruit, salads, cheeses and meats sections. The lady who served us was very efficient! It was quite modern and spacious. There wasnt hardly any curtains on the openplan windows, which offered sweeping views of the cathedral tower. Because we were close to the main Stephanplaza, many restaurants, bars, and shopping centers were available. Since the sun didnt really come up until we got up, we didnnt need to worry. This hotel is highly recommended!.

The rooms were very clean and nice. Breakfast was on a very good level and the staff made it even better. The reception staff were not friendly at all, very low communication skills and quite unprofessional. Sitting on the reception chair with thigh on reception? Waiting for more than 5 minutes every time until they come from the back office. No smiling and asking simple, basic hospitality questions is just unacceptable.

This hotel is in a good location in the center. The room and hotel are clean and wellmaintained. I like the balcony with the fire exit, it makes me feel safe. For breakfast, they charge 16 euros, which is too much for this food.
