We are regulars who fell in love with this hotel more than 10 years ago. This was our winter vacation. During the last year, this hotel received a star superior rating and for good reason. This is likely the reason for the most recent price rise. There were also improvements made. This time primarily in the lobby and the stylish ground level hall where you can host wedding parties, conference groups, etc. The hotel's location is great, both in winter and summer. Let me list the other improvements we noticed this year. January 2019 our door lock is now equipped with an electronic key, which is also used to open the front entrance during the night and the back entrance of the heated ski storage. Every day at breakfast there is free prosecco and smoked salmon. The choice at the cause can have several dishes. As we already stated, the lobby has been renovated and has nice comfortable seats for spending time with a partner or friends. The show cooking at breakfast, where you can order eggs to your liking, was once again available, and we used it several mornings. I'm glad this service is back. At the reception, Davina and her staff demonstrated their usual customer service. During our full week stay, there was no buffet, as was standard, but when we left, we did notice that it was planned for that evening. But, the daily course dinners with a choice of four main courses were very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The room is very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view of Athenee. The restaurant's cuisine is very delicious. The outdoor pool and sauna are the ideal places to unwind after a long day. Highly advised

During a family trip, we booked 16 people to have lunch. The food is good and a value for money. The waitress was excellent, and she was happy to take a family picture from the balcony. Amazing views of the lake, and I'm hoping to return later in the summer to see if it's as lovely in the summer as it is in the snow.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel for the first time. We really liked the location, the service, and the food, everything was great, we're definitely coming back again. The atmosphere here is pretty bad, even the heated pool.

The enter am see hotel in partisan was the perfect place for our 6 and 9 year old kids to stay for the week. Excellent vantage point. The dining area, the lounge, and the room all had great views. The room was very big, fully renovated, and had extremely comfortable mattresses. The spa and pools were both amazing. It has been completely remodeled, and all of the materials and furniture has been of excellent quality. Children's and adult rooms are both available. A very high-quality culinary meal with five dishes and premium items was served. Not just wiener schnitzel and pommes on the kids' menu. breakfast was exceptional. Something that is not so common in German-speaking countries, the staff is welcoming and cares about customers. Kids are also kind to deal with. Partisan came as an unexpected surprise to us. Leaving aside from the mass confusion, this place has a wonderful atmosphere and sights. Without a doubt, we'll return!.
