We had a great time in our nice room which opened to the back and was very quiet with a terrace to the hill. There are several gourmet treats in the house. The breakfast was delicious with the opportunity to choose from a wide variety of cured meats and cheeses directly in the nice shop which joined the wetshaus.

Since the moment I heard about this hotel, my wife and I were extremely excited about it. But, the hotel is quite nice, even with a few broken things inside such as some cracks in the bathroom. I expect more from this location for the price.

I stayed for one night but unfortunately did not have any meals. The hotel was clean and functional in terms of rooms and nice sized bathrooms by european standards. The setting is right next to an old castle in the romantic setting of an old medieval village. I slept well, king-size beds are always too soft in GermanyAurasia, but pillows were given a choice. Breakfast was wonderful! One of the best coffees I've had in a long time, along with the perfectly boiled egg, fresh orange juice, and good birch muesli. The charming staff served me and were very friendly and helpful with some of my needs. Finally, there is a butchery right next door, part of the establishment. I just walked inside and it had a really fantastic selection of local specialties, sausages, cheeses, and other local foods. Great place, thank you so much.

On rolling's town square are hotel eateries. We were unfortunate enough to be there on dinner night the day before an open market event, so we had to park our car far from the station. The next day, with no staff assistance, transporting our bags there was a problem that we had to deal with alone. Despite that, the reception was excellent. The hotel is a traditional austrian one with great charm and an unusual assortment of rooms behind a relatively modest front that goes well back into the hill behind, where they appear to have many pleasant surprises for their guests leisure time, including wellness. We had a nice studio room that was officially declared as studio.. Although with a very limited view, the tiny green terrace featured a chair and a small table. Not a minibar, which is a sad surprise considering the price of the room! Excellent bed. They boast a famous restaurant with two Michelin stars and a cozy tube restaurant, where breakfast is also served. We chose the latter for dinner and were divided, especially regarding customer service. Breakfast, though, was fantastic for meat and cheese spreads. Simply enter their lovely small delicatessen and select what you wish to be cut and served on your plate. There is no sparkling wine, but it is one of the most memorable breakfasts I have ever had. The rooms are spotless. The infrared sauna and Finnish sauna are delightful. For our dinners, the cuisine was exceptional. I can't wait to return. I want to thank all the staff. This is a really special place. Such a lovely hotel, excellent dining, and the most friendly hospitality. Recently, a small group of friends stayed three days. Breakfast was extensive and prepared to order with many options, including visiting their butcher shop within the hotel to select freshly sliced meats and cheeses.
