We will definitely return. The hotel was fantastic for us. The scenery and views are breathtaking. The hour waiter mamas and staff were incredibly lovely. The small window enclosure where children sleep is really lovely in the room, and the room was lovely. Even though the Kids Club is tiny, our daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. It was cool that they spent the day going for a decent stroll. The swimming area is on a smaller side, and the water, in my opinion, isnt warm enough. A pleasant sauna is provided. The cuisine, particularly the dinners, was unquestionably the highlight. Every day, it alternates between a buffet and a buffet. The food was consistently outstanding, and it changes daily. Another excellent advantage is that the hotel allows for many hikes straight from it. If you opt otherwise, you dont need to drive at all. The absence of good coffee in the hotel is a significant area that needs to be improved. Its all impossible and, yes, we drink coffee, but having wonderful coffee should be mandatory in a top location like this. We had no coffee for a week because of this!.

The view at this resort was so beautiful, there is no place to relax while seeing the incredible scenery. The showers here were so awful because they were so cold, and also the showers sound because of that. And then, the room was very nice as well, the waiter who was from Hungary and Slovenia was very polite and attentive. Then, the reception was so cold and lovely. After that, the food was so incredible it was very good and nothing special. Besides that, the massage room had two hot saunas. Second, the sauna was so cold with very bad sound from the pool. The room was so comfy. The place was so crowded and crowded.

Warm atmosphere. The rooms are spacious enough, but a little too warm, leaving the air extremely damp. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The breakfast area is large, and everyone can find something. Dinner was excellent, and our server was very nice. The kids club and pool were both popular with kids. You can enjoy the peace and scenery from this peaceful location.

I am in the second grade, and I have to say that even though we had some complication to get information in the beginning, thanks to personal initiative and Director Britte berger we got it resolved and it comes with great service and incredible time spent here. Service is really superior. Looking forward to coming back the third time.

In the summer, my family and I stayed at the Madonna Resort. It's fair to say that this is among the greatest hotels we have stayed in Europe. We really like the highly modern design and atmosphere, with wood, stone, concrete, and iron materials, and you can see the mountains from almost anywhere inside the hotel. extremely fascinating! A big plus is that the hotel is at the valley's end, which allows for peace and quiet. From there, you can begin all kinds of activities right from the hotel. The kids club is well worth highlighting. It goes far beyond daycare. Kids are entertained and the staff is extremely friendly. Even if the kids club staff didn't speak French, our kids had no problem having fun with other kids and having a great time with them. The food is of good quality and quite varied, without being extraordinary. However, it clearly performs its job, and we had the pleasure of sitting at the table every day. The staff is extremely friendly and almost gives you what you want before you ask. Pretty impressive! We stayed in the regular room, which was the most suitable option for a family of 4 2 kids of 36, with plenty of cupboards to store your belongings. So in conclusion, go there and enjoy the mountains. But make sure to book early because it sells out fast.
