We stayed for 6 nights at the guesthouse Hos Kendlinger in Bung Over. It's in a quiet area and easy to find. The room was big enough, clean, well equipped and had a nice balcony. Michael and hoshi avian israel.

It's a 34-kilometer distance from Haskendlinger. Given. It's not an ideal spot if you plan to spend the majority of your time there. Given. However, it's a great location to explore the outdoors on Lake Wolfgangsee. It's about a 20-minute bike ride along well-kept and paved bike paths from there. Given and it takes about 45 minutes by bicycle from there. Wolfgang. Outside parking is plentiful. Our accommodation was clean, very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet for sleeping. The restroom is clean, and there is plenty of hot water in the shower. We also had a balcony which was really nice because it overlooked the lake. Breakfast is provided in the morning, and the cost includes it. Cold eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fresh bread, jams, butter, coffee, and tea are served for breakfast. Everything was fresh. Our hosts were very friendly and spoke good English.

We missed the breakfast time maybe twice, not sure! And yet katharine made sure we had the breakfast and made it seem like no problem at all. Not only that, but the breakfast was customized to our taste. Although the languages are a bit different, they tried hard to understand and be understood if you speak English and not German. They are also very friendly and chatty. We were even taught a little bit about how their family still happily lives out there. Haskendlinger is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, with the lake, mountains and pure quiet. The house is an ordinary austrian two-story house with flowers on wooden balconies, and the accommodation was simple but immaculate. It may be a bit of a problem that there was no wifi when we stayed in July 2013 even though it's not a problem in a location like this lake! A bus stop that takes you all the way to Salzburg is less than 5 minutes on foot from the house.

This is the place for you if you're looking for a tiny rustic home with friendly owners. Just do not anticipate top-notch service. We were looking for a room for a few nights in it given for the new year, but due to lack of availability, this house arrived on a booking site. Knowing the area, it was simple to find, but for others, it could be a little difficult to find. The catering seemed to be for a few guests, and we were well taken care of.
